Austin was very helpful. He answered all of my questions, offered recommendations, and even gave me specials that I wasnt aware of. The cost of my phone was a third of what I would pay for regularly. He even passed me a deal for more gadgets. I didnt necessarily need it but the value of it at regular price was too good to pass up for what I paid for. I received a JBL portable speaker which has great quality, a VR headset for smart phones (Im not too into it, but I knew I was going to be getting it eventually and it was half off), 5 VR market items that totaled $50 or so, a wireless fast charger, and a glass invisible shield even though the S7 has gorilla glass (Redundant but it was included in the package with everything else). The fact that I didnt even ask if there were any special holiday deals going on and he laid it out for me was exceptional customer service. Ive been coming to this store for years and this is the first time Ive received this service. While its seasonal to get these kinds of deals, I didnt even ask for it and they gave it to me which was nice. The wait time is normal. I remember coming here for the first time and we were there for four hours getting our smart phones for the first time. This time I was there for an hour and a half from when I entered the store to when I left, which is a personal record for this store.

I am just going to say that the EDGE program is a freaking joke and I am really hoping that Verizon isnt serious about switching to this! None of the sales associates know how to explain this concept at all and now because of this problem my husband and I after 14 years of being with Verizon are seriously considering leaving. This makes me really sad. We are now paying almost $200 for two phones, which is twice what we pay for our electricity bill... in the winter!! That is INSANE!!! We talked to THREE DIFFERENT associates in the store and got the SAME story EACH time BEFORE we even SIGNED the paper work, THEN the associate screwed with our account with out our authorization, and THEN when my husband called the customer service line (not once but TWICE, they couldnt help us), and now we are stuck paying $600 more a year that we didnt sign up for. Gotta love dishonesty just so people can make more money. Though they "pride themselves on great customer service" right?! We could be paying for two prepaid Verizon phone for what we are getting minutes wise plus owning our phones out right for half of what we are paying while not being in contract and having to deal with all the bullshit!! Just saying!!

I went in trying to get the kind of deal I have been used to with Verizon for over a decade. I also had 2 kids under 3 with me. My old phone had been having trouble charging and a tech guy came by after he heard me tell my daughter the battery on my phone was at 1% and asked if I would like him to plug it in for me. The CSR sat with me and explained the new financing options and allowed me to crunch the numbers myself. I came in with an 8 gig iPhone 5c and left with a 128 gig iPhone 7 and my bill is going DOWN $5/month. They let me know what options were available but didnt push the upsells. A bunch of employees took their downtime to help me keep my kids occupied as the process took longer than anticipated. Also, when I had to breastfeed my baby the (mostly male) employees continued to work with me and did not make it awkward or make me finish up before they moved my business along. I got my cell phone in 1999 with Verizon and have never had such an amazing customer experience. I will be telling everyone about the shining example of customer service that this store was for me!

Negative 5 Stars in my opinion. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked if transfering contacts onto my new phone would earse any existing contacts I had on the phone. The answer I received was "No". We proceeded with the transfer and found that it actually did earse existing contacts. I said that I did not feel right paying for the service after all my existing contacts had been erased. I had already paid for the service at that point. I asked for a refund. It took them at least 5 minutes to think about it, told me they would have to make a few phone calls, told me that if I was going to wait for a refund I would be there all day. They basically tried to scare me off since they had already swiped my card. I finally got a refund and receipt, but it was like pulling teeth.

The incompetence of this business is absurd. Waited over an 1hr 45min. to simply get a new phone. Meanwhile the poor excuse for a "salesman" attempted to sell me everything in the store except the phone I came there to buy which they had in stock. They had "technical difficulties". Which is mind blowing because they didnt do anything, including uploading anything from my old phone. Once waiting for almost two hours I was given a piece of paper that is a tutorial on how to sync the phones up, which was for i-phone. So, obviously it didnt work. Hours later I still havent got my information to the new phone. If your going to be a "technician" at least know how to do your job. Good thing they dont work on cars or the wheels would be falling off.

If I could give them no stars I would. We have never had such a bad and rude experience at any Verizon store. The initial walk in wasnt bad. Put our name on a list and it went pretty quick. Then we were called by a lady named Christina who was not helpful and had such a bad attitude. She was rude and eye rolling. Kinda like the way a mean high school girl acts toward others. She was snippy and cold and didnt seem to really have the answers to our questions, very off put by our questions. I would not ever recommend this location nor come back. Nice workers you have there! Ugh!

If you are looking to not have service ANYWHERE, then Verizon is the phone service for you. If you are looking to get CONSTANT DROPPED CALLS, then Verizon is for you. If you are looking to have ABSOLUTELY NO internet on your phone, then Verizon is for you. Verizon is the WORST phone company to exist; I literally have better phone reception and internet with Cricket. I and EXTREMELY excited to be leaving Verizon. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS GARBAGE PHONE COMPANY. *note: this review is for Verizon phone service, not the store.

An extremely rude agent answered the phone when I called in about how to re-activate my Contact List on a replacement phone (because the first replacement was complete garbage). It seemed like I was an inconvenience to her and she got frustrated when her explanations were not fixing the problem. Instead of trying to work it out with me & advising me to come into the store, she said, "I cant help you. Youre going to have to call the 800#," which as we all know is a huge PITA. Thanks for nothing Verizon!
