On August 2nd 2016 I called this store to question how much it would be to repair a cracked screen on my Samsung Galaxy S5, he gave me a price, I think he said his name was Kareem(sp?), or he said I could ask for Adell(sp?) when I came in, they would make sure i was taken care of... Also he gave me the option of purchasing another phone, and said he would give me a good deal if i decided to go that route. So I decided I would go in and see what i could do with my budget... when I arrived at the store they told me a different price than over the phone, quite a bit more actually, and when I asked for the two people i was told to ask for, I was told they werent available, of course. So when I mentioned the price I was told over the phone I was made to feel like I was a lair, and they would not honor it, when I questioned the difference. So instead of pushing further I just asked him if he would give me a good deal if i bought a "new" phone like the other mystery person had mentioned. he said yes. So i went ahead and decided to buy a new phone instead of repairing my S5. I bought an Iphone 5S 16gb which had a price on the phone of 189.00. I bought the phone was given no deal, instead he let me pick out a free 10$ case with it. :/ I gave up and just left as I need a phone for my job and couldnt go without. So on 10/2/2016 I broke my phone again... the one I had just purchased from them, and decided that maybe if i went back in this time, since i was just there two months ago, maybe they would give me a real deal this time, I arrived, showed him my broken LCD and screen on my iphone and informed him i just bought it from them 2 months ago, he offered to give me a deal fixing it for 65$ or said he would give me a deal on a new phone. I wanted a high GB anyways so I decided to look at the 32GB iphones, picked one i liked, and gave him my card to charge for the phone, it was marked 199$, He handed me back the phone and a receipt that said 199$...AGAIN NO DEAL!!! WTF! I took the phone and left a bit upset, then 1 week later had to bring at back for touch issues with the screen, that was simple they just swapped it out for another and said its a known issue with the 5S so no big deal there, but I bought two phones from you within two months and with as much as I go through phones, probably buy 6-7 phones a year, just for myself, not including others in my house! and you have the chance of getting ALOT of money out of me and wont offer me any kind of deal, AFTER YOU TELL ME YOU WILL GIVE ME ONE!!!!? I now have 2 phones, i need repaired, an iphone 16gb a galaxy S5 and i have an Ipad i need a screen repair on. Idk that I will come back to TechRUs to have this done, i dont know that i want to give them my money anymore since they do not hold to their word and do what they say they will........Its simple, dont tell me you will give me a deal when you will not, I can understand maybe doing it once, but ALL THREE TIMES, thats you just lying to me :(...

Think Again... They probably offer service with lower price than other stores. The truth is they will rip you off. I took galaxy note 2 for repairing cracked screen, LCD was find just needed cover screen. The guys offered " you want white casing?" so i agree to get the white one. the job was done in 15 min, i was bit surprised and found out they just swapped the phone to beat up white casing. Later i found out that the phone was swapped to "Cloned Fake Phone" phone was cracking on everywhere and the Serial number was faulty. because i took it to samsung official repair center, that if the serial number is fake and the all parts inside is cloned phone. (Replacing cracked screen causes only $150 direct from samsung). i called them ask for my original broken phone and he start going crazy about they didnt even open the phone and dont remember doing any galaxy note 2 job. lol... i did not do anything more because i decided not to deal with those people over cracked phone. but i just want people to know about theses kind of businesses. Avoid them if you still think they are worth it, Good luck. they do not appreciate customers and will rip you off.

very unfavorable!!! IPhone 5s used. Paid in cash and promised the world. After returning two phones because of issues regarding the phones, which should have been checked out before having these items for sale. After returning these two phones and receiving a third I took my computer in so I could update this phone the (3) phone to see if it was working properly. Oh did I mention that the third trip I have traveled over 100 miles. At this point the customer service was almost aggressive. Absolutely no assistance offered with an ambivalent attitude. Very unprofessional, Will never do business again and advise you to do the same. Sincerely Glenn April 24,2015

I have no complaints other than the hours, but in fairness I wouldnt want to stay open 10 hours a day seven days a week either. Bought phones for myself and my wife. Mine went off without a hitch, my wifes did not. I took it back in, he promptly exchanged it, and happy as a clam. The man behind the counter was friendly and while English might not be his first language he spoke it extremely well and was very easy to understand, and had a good grasp of doing business in America and helping the customer. Would I buy another phone from them? Absolutely I would without hesitation. The only reason I didnt rate it 5 stars is because I never rate anything 5 stars.
