I am extremely happy with the EXCELLENT service that Jenn and Johnny provided for my wife and I recently. Jenn and Johnny went above and beyond the call of duty with walking us through our upgrades even though the store was closing soon, at first I thought Jenn and Johnny would tell us it was too late and have us come back the next day, but to my surprise they were actually happy to assist us even after I said we could come back some other day because I didnt want to be rude, to which Jenn replied, "we can do your upgrades right now, it is no problem at all". I was not fond of Verizon before this experience as I have been lied to by previous reps which I explained to Jenn and Johnny and they explained where the rep most likely made the error. They explained to my wife and I everything that was going on with our upgrades and future upgrades Very thoroughly and patiently. Jenn and Johnny told us about their trade in program and even helped us choose accessories for our new devices. The patience and customer service Jenn and Johnny provided my wife and I was EXCELLENT, they helped us transfer all the data from our old phones even though it was closing time never did they make any frustrated faces or comments. I am a loyal Verizon customer now thanks to Jenn and Johnny, these two DESERVE recognition for their EXCELLENT service. Sincerely one happy customer Manny

My wife went in to get a new phone via upgrade, Isaiah Monroe (total crook, lier, do not go to him, shouldnt still be employed there) told her it would be an up front cost of $200 and an $8/ month monthly increase. As she went to leave he gave her a bunch of free stuff such as a wireless charger, selfie stick, head phones, case, and screen protector. We later realized when looking over the invoice that the items werent free at all, it was paid for with the "up front cost of $200 to get the phone". He flat out LIED to my wife knowing she wouldnt catch on because she had our restless toddler who was ready to leave. We will NEVER go to this establishment again. Their only saving grace was a different employee named Nate who upon hearing what happened proceeded to set everything straight, it took a lot of phone calls and unnecessary time on my part but in the end we were mostly refunded. Still unresolved on a screen protector that they charged us $50 for.

On 4/10/15, I went into the Verizon store located at 14673 SE Sunnyside Rd. in Clackamas. The intent was to understand my current plan and what my options were as I got closer to my contract expiration date. I was greeted very quickly by the customer service representative and the store manager asking how they may be of service. I would like to commend them for their patience in not only explaining my current service, but also explaining options for plans that I could understand. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. The staff showed me a new product (LTE Hotspot) that I had not thought about, and decided to get. They made sure I had the right plan to fit my needs before leaving. For the first time I felt like a valued Verizon customer. I am confident I could return at anytime and receive the same great service. To the staff at the OR10A location; thank you for your excellent customer service!!!

Purchased 2 phones (6 plus I Phones) and was ripped off. They over charged for the phones. They said they dont have to follow the pricing of what other Verizon stores charge or Apple store. Told us we had to pay $100.00 extra for there care package which consisted of a cheap plastic cover. After getting the phone noticed it wasnt working properly. Did not think about it at the time of purchase but later remembering that the phone was not sealed in the box and was opened. I am sure it was a used phone but they deny it and will not replace it. So I am stuck with a phone I over paid for that doesnt work right and is suppose to be new. Also, the store doesnt have a business phone or internet service so you have to drive there to talk with them. Wow!

Came into the store looking to switch from my previous provider and the employees here were very helpful: very informative, friendly, and werent pushy when it came to trying to tell me about any particular phone or accessory, a trend that so many modern retail stores get wrong. When I asked about how their plans compared to other providers the sales rep. gave me a very unbiased, comprehensive comparison, allowing me to make an informed decision without the use of shady sales tactics. Decided to switch over and the whole process was very quick, I would definitely come back again and recommend this store to others!

Im eligible for an upgrade so I call the store to ask for information and they wouldnt do it because they couldnt verify who I was physically in person I thought thats what all my passwords were for.... Yet I can call any other Verizon store, Verizon support, you get the picture! and theyll surely help me and give me information I need about my account and upgradability...... Poor Customer Care Here ppl!

Unlike the corporate Verizon stores, this store had enough people to help me without waiting...taking a number...being rushed...and overcoming the din of background noise in a large store. Both Jade and Emilie were polite, kind, patient, and clear in explaining what I needed to know. Of all the Verizon stores Ive been in, this has been the best experience, bar none! They are easy to work with.

I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service I received by Isaiah yesterday. My Android phone had serious issues. I was welcomed, my phone diagnosed and fixed. What could have been a stressful hassle, was an excellent experience which I really appreciated. The team members I interacted with were smart and professional. I had a great experience at this store. I bought some headphones that ended up not working, so I went to return them and was pretty frustrated because I didnt really have time to go back but needed the headphones that day. The manager went out of his way to help me and make sure everything was working before I left again. I so appreciated the staffs help and kindness!

Typically a really long wait. The primary reason why I stopped doing business with Verizon physical stores, and started purchasing phones and accessories online (from either Verizon, or an authorized verizon dealer ie best buy, Costco etc.) With any new device, or any holiday, or new promotion etc, parking is mild to moderate but the wait is usually excruciating.

Simply put, buying a cell device or having it serviced are painful tasks, time consuming and tedious. These folks are great at not only understanding that, but making the process as easy as possible, with a smile. Id recommend Jenn and her staff any day, any time!
