Very disappointed on how your return policies work when u purchase and item while the store has a sale going on. I just went in to do an exchange on a pair of shoes that i bought on Sunday wich their was a friends and family promotion going on and to my surprise u guys dont honor the promotion after wards. I just had to pay the difference. What if it where someone who I bought for but didnt fit them so what, they have to pay a difference on a present they were given I just dont feel how thats even fair especially when its an even exchange I would understand if its a diffrent item but the same item just different size.

NO STAR NO STAR 7/20/2016 from 7:30 am to 11:19 am been getting the run around from the repair department and the Customer solutions department and the why not lease it department talked to Alex, Theresa , Lauren, Nicole and Nicole and still no one had scheduled an exchange NO STAR UN ACCEPTAABLE AND I CANT TALK TO CORPORATE OFF ICE AN COMPLAIN BECAUSE THEY DON"T HAVE PHONE NUMBERS FOR THE PUBLIC TOLD BY Customers relations team I HAVE TO PUT DOWN AT LEAST ONE STAR TO GET IT POSTED
