It took 1 hour to get 13 balloons blown. Not because of the guy who tried his best to hurry (it seems to me he was overworked) but because of the manager who was lazy and clueless. Sunday at 11:15 AM . I asked the manager if I could have 15 balloons blown. She was on her phone, She said she will call someone (the week before I was told the managers take care of this, just find the one in yellow vest) I put the bag of balloons on an empty counter next to her and tell her I must go to the bathroom real quick. I come back out she is gone and my bag of balloons are just sitting there. I wait and wait, I see her at the customer service talking but she is not paying me any attention. I go get a bag of ice and come back to wait and wait. I see her walking around and/or looking at her phone. She walks right in front of me and goes back to the customer service and looks to me she is chatting. She finally comes out and was going to walk by me again without saying anything. No one can say she did not recognize me cause I have a dog. I had to ask her about the balloons, she said: just go over the area painted in orange. I go and wait and wait. the guy is super busy , loading peoples car and such. he finally has time for me, but the scan bar does not work for the helium. I wait and wait. some guy came by and they finally figured it out. then they proceed to both blow the balloons, when the supervisor (which by the way, the whole time I waited was over in the middle isle playing with her phone ) comes and get the second guy and tell him she needs him to help with the bagging and such. Extremely lazy incompetent supervisor. I was very late to my party which I was the one to set up.

Its a walmart.... Very slow customer service. Ive had to go there multiple time & its all been bad. However, the associates were nice. Sometimes not as timely as Id like but thats just me. Had an encounter with 1 guy there & it was apparent that they were not staffed properly at all. He kept his cool & was polite. It was one of those days that if it could happen, it did. I cant lie, I added to it by not having a receipt for a return let alone a barcode even though it was in the original package. Regardless, he did great & was still personable when I spoke with him, unfortunately, I dont remember his name otherwise Id make it known. The whole walmart to walmart money thing is messed up in the way they can find the money. A random number shouldnt be the only way to verify it. But it is here. Its almost worse than a bank. Is there a lot of stealing here? Whats up with the receipt checking? Come on people, is Monroe that messed up that we got to worry about that. I wont buy liquor here ever. It takes forever for someone to get to the isle just to grab a bottle, then tell me I need to go to the lane with the longest line. Society is rapidly going down hill. Sad to see monroe going down with it...is the city cooking meth too!?

The sales people are wonderful!! The people who visit the store definitely leave something to be desired. Im in a wheel chair. People in this store (not the employees, the shoppers) are so rude. They often walk right in front of you, stand right in the middle of the Isle or, cut you off and wont get out of your way. The children are worse in MOST CASES. The kids run around the store screaming, run right in front of you and sometimes crash into you. There was one boy who was taught respect, I could tell. He noticed I was there, go out of my way and said, "excuse me, Im sorry" . Whoever his parents are, I congratulate you. You child is very respectful. Great job raising this one. I hope you know who you are. And only four times total, have people offered to help me. What happened to people thinking of others. I always have respected the disabled. Then I became one. People please, show a little courtesy, please?? Again, the sales people are the best. If you cant find something, they either take you to the item, or go and find it and bring it to you, every time Ive asked. I have heard bad things about Walmart, but their employees are top notch and very very nice.

Has everything you typically find in a Walmart store. I enjoy coming here for toys, childrens clothing, arts and crafts items, home goods, pet care items, and seasonal purchases. This store is generally clean and I rarely encounter a long line. They have a Subway in the store if you want to have lunch after shopping. The Subway stores sells Icees. Sweet treat for the ride home. :) Produce is OK. I prefer going to Safeway or Fred Meyers for that and other food items. Ive gotten cakes from their bakery and that was good. P.S. You can shop online and do free shipping to store. Ive picked up my orders from this location before and didnt have any problems.

I dropped 30$ in isle and was in tears cause i was only money i had they sent people back to look for it they claimed they searched and searched but fou d nothing i had to use my debit card which overdrafted my account i went put items in car walked back in to look for myself and i found it right there in middle of isle elright where i said it was.. Nobody even actually looked... They usually are 100% awesome but lastnight i realized it depends on when you are shopping tbe kind of service you recive depends on the time of day you shop....

Gave 3 stars due to them always being out of things I need. It can take them weeks to restock product. Very disappointing. I just knocked then down to 1 star due to them closing at midnight and reopening at 6 am and there website for the monroe branch says its open 24 hours. I called in to there store got Walmart security, "I didnt​ even know they had security awnsering phones" kinda sucks I forgot to get formula last night now Im screwed and my son is hungry ugh.

Out of all the Walmarts Ive been to, this ones my favorite location. First off is its a clean nice store, bathrooms too. Theres not nearly as many homeless drug addicts walking around and hanging out as there are at other locations. The staff actually come off as helpful and caring. They actually wanna help you shop. Theres also a very good subway in the store. This locations easily my favorite. A very relaxed calm atmosphere compared to the other locations.

The produce section is terrible. It always smells rotten a d the produce never lasts more than 24 hours after I get it home before spoiling. Prices are good, but theyre constantly out of stock of items. Staff is friendly, but has no knowledge of anything and can never answer my question. There are constantly homeless people in the parking lot that approach me asking for money, I dont feel safe going here after dark.

Was physically assaulted by a employee and when I demanded a manager the other employees just walked away. This old guy pushed my child out of his way and when I stopped him by saying what are you doing, he grabbed me by the face and pushed me back. He wasnt fired and no one seemed to care. I didnt call the police because its too much drama.. But this stores manager needs to be fired. This place is a nightmare.
