I was regular customer at automobile department for for oil change and car repair. I trusted them with blind eye. I changed OIL recently and noticed something fishy. My car has problems and went to another mechanic for check up. The mechanic recommeded oil change. He checked oil in front of my eyes. There was no oil in the engine. Not even a single drop. There was a little drops in the oil filter with some broken engine residue due to friction. They were supposed to put synthetic oil in. I believe their mechanic selling oil by not putting enough oil in the cars or just putting a little. Lesson learned: you cant trust a mechanic working at Sears or at a private shop or at dealer.

The people who work in auto service department of SEARS at Newpark Mall are very lazy. I arrived 35 minutes before their close time, but they wont take my order and told me to come back next day. I took my car to another shop and never came back. That was the only one time I brought my car to SEARS because I had a coupon. There is nothing at SEARS for me to shop.

Please dont come here! My parents were almost involved in an accident due their workmanship. I am thankful that I only have to pay for a very expensive repair and that I still have my loved ones with me. I can only think that have been planning two funerals instead of writing this review right now.

Overall i enjoy this store and service I especially like the auto department services done to your car are quick and reasonable I would recommend coming here if your car needs a oil change.
