For my business or for my personal purchases Costco is the place I go. They mostly have everything I need. The only thing I would like is if the cashiers would slow down a bit and not rush me through. I would like to feel like I am appreciated for being a customer AND I wish they would STOP throwing my food like its garbage when they bag it. It really puts me off and makes me not want to purchase it and also I wonder what else goes on when customers arent around. I spend a lot of money there and would like a little more customer service. When I moved to Peoria IL I was treated not only like I mattered but I always felt appreciated as a customer. I NEVER get that at the Santa Cruz store.

The first time I ever went to COSTCO was when I was having a sleepover and needed some food. Ever since that time I have always liked the displays and the people who work their.The food is good but I have to say that some times they leave it out for to long and turns into MOLD. I love how COSTCO workers always are nice and never have a bad adittude when they are near me! Its a Costco with everything youd expect: cheap gas, free samples, and a lot of stuff at good prices. Ive had good interactions with the staff, and only one item was incorrectly marked. When brought to their attention, they gave me the correct price at the register, with a slight delay in my checkout process. If the registers had flags, lights or something to signal managers for overrides it wouldve been no time at all.

I have been comming to this costco since it first opened, and other costcos before, they always have taken really good care of me and has excellent customer service, they always have a decent selection. today was the first day Ive ever had an issue with Costco. Although most people who work there are friendly and helpful, stay clear of Patricia and her line, she can ruin your whole day. Today she even made my wife cry.

I love this Costco, if its possible to love a "warehouse" store. Nice people, great, changing product assortment, tons of organic products, great specials on the endcaps on weekends (Traeger Grills, for one), and so forth. I have none of the regrets about Costco that I have about so many national chains. Costco employees are happy to work there, and are effusive about their benefits. What a great place!

This is a really GREAT Costco. The GM is a young, smart guy who treats vendors and members with respect. He actually wants vendors to be successful with their Roadshows and does whatever he can to help make that happen. Staff is friendly and helpful and the members come from a wide variety of backgrounds. Vendors are fortunate to be able to do a Roadshow at the Santa Cruz Costco location.

As far as Costcos go, this is one of the best if not close to being the largest. While it can get crowded, the Santa Cruz crowd shopping here is much friendlier than more urban Costcos, where people can be rude. This Costco also has the best organic selection of any Costco around, you usually cant beat the gas prices, and the employees are very friendly for the most part.

Always a good experience at Costco. I might not have found a garlic olive oil I liked last time, but I found a new tasty olive oil with basil & parmesan. Organic as well. A nice treat. Might I also recommended their almond flour. I have allergies to wheat, and now I can have pancakes with almond flour. Costco offers new adventures.

Im normally fine with Costco and their level of service but this store has a really negative atmosphere. Im guessing its because theyre so close to the areas where the homeless gather - the employees watch you like hawks as you move around the store. The guy at the checkout stand was abrupt, condescending, and downright rude.

Cant go wrong with the food court. I believe this store is smaller than others around the area as there arent as many options as the store in Gilroy, but it is convenient to those who live in Santa Cruz county. Checkout line can be long at times, but at least they have more than 3 registers open at a time.

i purchased 2 pair of levi 514 jeans a few monthes ago and their quality was the poorest i have ever seen .these jeans literaly started to fall apart after a few washings.how can i really trust costco again for quality again.Was a faithful customer for years but not so much now

Great selection of products and great quality are typical for Costco. The lady at entrance was very firm and didnt let me enter without card until my wife came to rescue me with her card - great job! The washrooms would greatly benefit from some more attention from janitors.

I spend a lot of money here and the customer service is horrible. Its almost impossible to get help in any Department. I know they pay their employees well so Im surprised at the complete lack of customer service every time I go here. My guess would be a flaw in management

Relatively small Costco compared to ones in Fremont and Livermore. I dropped by here for lunch since I was on Highway 1 and passed by Santa Cruz. I had a quick look around to pick up a few groceries. Definitely dont carry as much stuff as other Costcos around the bay.

Well stocked, clean, logically organized. Staff is nice and returns are easy. Even when lines are long they move at a readonable pace. Parking, though expansive, is often crowded, so show up at off-peak hours for a quicker trip.

Cheap Cheap cheap Paper products. Its always a little busy. I find the best days to shop for items not on sale I.e. Everyday stuff is the day before the next coupon book. The day it first goes into affect is the worst

Good quality items at reasonable prices. Sometime quantity is an issue, like do you really need 36 rolls of bathroom tissue at one time. The quality is always superior and COSTCO stands behind everything they sell.

We always this is just Costco on our trips to Santa Cruz. Sometimes we buy things and sometimes we dont, but we always enjoy the visit. If nothing else, will usually stop in for a bite at the food court.

I go to this store at least 3 times a week. I get my glasses there and pretty much everything i need for food and such. there warranties are great no hassle returns. this is great for just walking too!!

Great Costco. Others have told us that the Costco in Santa Cruz has much more organic products than in other cities. It is insanely busy during the weekend. Recommend going during the week if possible.

Costco is great, but this one has some really mean people working at the return desk. Its like theyve been trained to intimidate and inconvenience anyone who needs to take something back.
