Me and my husband were at TJ Maxx in Santa Clara on Feb 17. We were attended by Margret at Cashier...this women totally screwed us. She created a huge billing mess as a result of not knowing her job and lack of brains. She was frustrated on herself and rather took it out on us. Me and husband were insulted and humiliated by her so many times. We wasted more than 1 hour on the counter for an item we chose in 2 minutes. I came home wondering..is it even worth..going to TJ Maxx..spending money..only to be insulted by a gross employee? I have faced rough employees in the same store previously but this was worst. I wish we had never gone there. In future I am never going to visit TJ Maxx. There are other stores which are far better. I will stick to Kohls and Ross instead.

This is a big store. Youll always find a great deal. Sometimes better than amazon! I go here whenever I go for a movie at AMC Mercado. I end up buying small stuff for my home. They have great deals on kitchen items, pillows and sometimes youll find nice piece of furniture for a great price. Ideally, if you want to spend some time to personally choose a gift for someone, unless youre lazy to give a gift card, this store can give you enough options to choose from, in your budget.

Fun place to roam for deals. Expect shopping here to be hit or miss as items change really fast. Best deals I have found were on luggage, athletic clothes, and random kits (think hair clippers, drill bit sets, etc). They do have some smaller furniture in the back though not convinced the furniture section really has that impressive of deals. All around a great spot to find random things.

I always go for the home goods so I dont know how good the clothing selection is. I usually always find what Im looking for while Im here. Pretty good selection so I dont have to settle. On my last trip I did have to leave without everything I was looking for, but it was no big deal. If you need wall art they have a really big selection. They even have a nice sized pet section.

I work for tj max its been nice to work again when in receiving it gets over well ming I do think our store is lacking costumer service like we would go the extra mile for them I think they should change something in the store its both tj and home goods I think more store meetings

Its an ok TJ Maxx. Probably one of the less cluttered, and thats saying a lot, being that merchandise can be overflowing on the isle. You can maneuver the carts easily (sometimes) without running over stuff. Parking can be tough on the weekends because its next to the movie theatre.

This is a nice store with lots of good merchandise, but it has two HUGE flaws that gives it 2 stars instead of 5. One, there is no dressing room to try on clothes. Two, it took me 20 minutes to pay for my clothes because there are not enough employees working.

The place has well assorted items ranging from home furnishing to apparel to accessories. It carries most well known brands at a great discounted price! One less star for the mix up of sizes in apparel and the time it takes to find what you want.

If you need to find something for your home, it might be good to visit this place before going to some larger shop. You can buy tableware, shampoo, soap, clothes, furniture, pillows, blankets and many other stuff here.

This is a big store with a great selection. Its located in a nice shopping Plaza so you can make a little day trip out and enjoy yourself. The furniture is very cute and homely if youre in the market for that as well.

Very limited selection for men and toddlers. I was shopping for jeans and I couldnt find even 1 for my size. Womens section is huge and I think they are happier. All items are arranged nicely though and well kept.

Once in a while they will have a fantastic name brand item, whether it be clothing, beauty products, shoes, etc. Most of the time they have nice junk. I will give them more stars if they can get more brand names.

This is our favorite TJX on my family. HUGE, tins of neat things to look at, so even if you are just out for window shopping retail therapy, its great. I always find something neat here though.

Not much of a selection in the mens department. Also, i found more options for linens in their Marshals partner stores. Not sure what home-goods they offer that Marshalls doesnt.

A decent T.J. Maxx. Unfortunately the quality here can be a hit or miss. The same goes for the deals that you find. Better off ordering online to get the best shopping experience.

One of my favorite Home Goods stores! This one has a nice womens shoe department, great kitchen stuff, furniture and bedding - tons of throw pillows, too.

This place is a hybrid of a TJM and Home Goods. So this means the clothing selection here is much smaller than a standalone TJM or Marshalls.
