Wow, I was VERY IMPRESSED today visiting the Target store in Kent. I was in line behind an elderly lady in a motorized cart. When the lady at the register removed her items and asked if she had any coupons, the elderly lady became very distraught. The employee and I tried making sense of her worries but she wasnt making sense. The female employee asked for help from another employee, a young man named Isaac. He asked her the same questions; if shed lost her purse or wallet, she said no it was at home. He offered to place her items at customer service and she could return for them. This confused her more. He proceeded to ring up the items which included two packs of Depends adult diapers and a few candy bars. He pulled out his wallet, swiped his card and paid for her items totalling approximately $37. He gave her the receipt and told her not to worry, hed taken care of it. I was amazed at how incredibly well he handled the situation with her being so upset and to go so far as to pay for her items. This young man will go far in life! I spoke with his manager about this and contacted the Target customer service center to report this as well! Way to go Isaac!

NEVER go here. If you end up missing a bag of stuff they will say that your not missing it. You will be out the product and corporate wont care. Also waste a month of time having your calls being put on hold, unanswered faxes/letters, and a useless customer service number that will not care. They will give you more addresses and email address to complain to hoping you will give up. You will end up fighting with a store that doesnt care. Its in a bad neighborhood, poorly taken care of, staff that walks past you, and if you call expect to be put on hold for over 10 minutes while you here staff chit chat about their personal life. Then call corporate to be put on hold for over 10 minutes being told they cant help you either. Bottom line, go to Walmart, or Fred Meyer who do care. Jaime and Anaalyce dont care. Corporate Kayla, doesnt care either. Very bad customer service.

I used to love shopping at this Target but lately Ive found that a lot of their merchandise are marked up much higher than their online price. Average 1-3 dollars more. I guess this particular Target has a much higher loss due to people stealing and ultimately prices have to go up to make up for it. Ive installed the Target app to scan every items I buy to make sure Im not over paying. They have no problem to price match for you but when it also involves coupons and promotions they wont give you the deal on top of the price match, says its due to Target policy. In terms of customer service, I have not encounter any problem after shopping here for years. A lot of the employees at this Target are very friendly and helpful.

This is my neighborhood Target store. The employees at this store are hard to find, but the store is clean and they stock a lot of items, the grocery section they have added in the past few years helps prevent you from needing to make an extra stop sometimes. The cashiers lines can be slow, so if you just have an item or two, you can be on the look out for the lines at the customer service desk where you can also get rung up. From my experience, the staff at these stores are not used to having to interact with customers that much, so they are not in the position to be very helpful to answer questions and help you find items. Overall, Im satisfied with the shopping experience here.

did you know they tax your if you dont have a receipt on a return? bought a christmas gift, didnt need it, so returned it before xmas. lost the receipt. after the transaction, i asked if it was onsale now and that is why i didnt get my full refund. she said no, but we dont give full value without a receipt. asked if i found my receipt, would i get the different back. told no. what a way to treat customers. i live right next to walmart, but use to drive out of my way to this target because i liked there service. no more. btw, found the receipt the next day. poor service.

I love Target. This one is clean, has a good variety, and has amazing employees ready to help. I was asked three different times as I was shopping if there was anything they could help me find. Since I was new to the area I did need help so it was nice having them. Everyone greeted me with a smile and when my red card was declined because I dont have the new one yet they offered me my 5% discount still!

Go here every now and then and have so far had great customer service. Always find what Im looking for and love the candle sections!! I asked for a certain product I couldnt find and instead of just pointing and telling me where it was; the person walked me over and showed me exactly where it was. They were very polite and courteous. Love going to this store.

Terrible customer service. Employees and even ppl in charge are not trained properly and dont even know their own policies about gift card offers and coupons. For some reason prices are always higher at that location rather than other Targets around the area. Sales are even different than other Targets around. Not happy with my experience at Target in Kent.

This Target was awful I went in to look for maternity clothes and the plus size and the maternity clothes were all mixed in together there was no seperation. No one manning the fitting rooms, the people on the floor to help find things were rude and dismissive, but yet had time to talk to eat other. Everything seemed out of stock. I wont be coming back.

During my visit to the Kent Target today I encountered a staff with fantastic customer service skills; all of which asked me if I had found everything I needed, and offered their assistance each time. Id specially like to mention Kaleb, who went out of his way to make sure I got everything I needed. Great job!!!

Terrible experience! Ordered an item for store pick up got email confirmation to pick up from the store. showed up at the store to pick up my item and was told it was out of stock and that I was out of luck. Terrible customer service I wasnt even offer a rain check or given an apology.

Not too good . Had to leave my products behind due too shortage of clerks.... they are also rude an older woman particularly on front area of store when I mentioned about shortage of cashiers .she answered rudely "No"!.... not going back!

I love Target. I like their designed furniture, bed and bath pieces, that you wont find anywhere else. Friendly stuff and costumer service, always willing to help. They have enough cashiers, so no long lines. Recommended!

If it wasnt for the location, I would not shop at this Target due to the poor customer service and the bad attitudes from the employees. Some of the employees act accordingly, but most at this location are kind of rude.
