I havent been to the new location yet, but guess I probably will have to. It really creates a hardship for me and other people who live in the Fayetteville area, or in my case, 25 miles west of Fayetteville, to now have to travel all the way to Rogers for our computer problems. Now instead of just driving 25 miles one way, Ill have to drive 40 or more miles one way. That might not seem like much to most people, but it sure makes a difference to me. If not for the fact that I greatly prefer Macs to PCs, Id probably start trying to make a switch. Seems to me that a location in Fayetteville would be quite beneficial and would definitely draw more business from that area of potential or existing customers who dont want to make that drive. Im going to go ahead and give a Very Good quality rating because Im sure the service will be just that or better when I do make the trip, but for location, my quality rating would be Poor.

Had a crack on the screen on an Ipad and brought it here to be fixed. They fixed the screen just fine but after I got it back half of the screen was darkened. When I brought it back in they said it was due to a faulty logic board and there was nothing they could do about it. Very suspicious how everything was fine prior to me dropping it off to fix a cracked screen but once they worked on it the logic board was bad. They claim that it wasnt caused during their repair but all the evidence indicates otherwise. Despite the fact that they are the only place in NW Arkansas that will work on Apple products I will not be going back to them again should the need arise. Id rather drive to Tulsa than have them screw up my property again.

Bought a very expensive macbook- which I love. Unfortunately, the only place to service is here. This last visit I explained a little common courtesy could go a long way for repeat business for them. So it was offered to get answers to the questions discussed previously. Why bother at this point. Besides getting a eta for fixes is out of the question for this store. Its first come, first serve but why would it take 3 days just to do their "sweep" of system faults. Id suggest to others to buy at another retailer who appreciates the business. Then perhaps we could get a real authorized retailer rather than authorized repair shop

Megabyte fixed my computer for about $100! They were very professional and did everything they could to save my computer without replacing the hard drive (which would have cost more)- and guess what?? It works great now! The other place I went said the hard drive crashed and told me it was worth maybe $60 to sell to them! Crazy. Thanks, Megabyte, for fixing it!

So disappointed in their customer service. Does not live up to their promise of replacing glass iPhone screen protectors. As a lifelong Apple/Mac user, i use to tell everyone to go to Megabyte. Now, I cannot recommend them based on the way they treated me. Sad to see a business change an no longer take care of their customer base

my computer was not turning on and I had a DVD inside. They returned the computer in a better condition and fixed it! However, they stole my DVD it has been a whole month I been calling and I only get excuses. The Fort Smith location has horrible costumer service, but is the only place around that can fix Apple computers.

Megabyte is great! Customer service is excellent and the repair turnaround time is incredible! My MacBook pro screen cracked and I was planning on paying up to 600 bucks for the repair, but Megabyte asked all the right questions and found out it was still under warranty! I wont use anyone else for my Apple needs! Period!

I have been using Megabyte for at least 5-6 years. They have fixed computers and helped me with my network at work. I have always had a good experience with them. I have gotten to know some of the sales staff (Michael and Wes) who are great to work with.

When it comes to iphone service. Megabytes is on point. They may have slightly slower turn around, but this is because they are with apple instead of some shady third party provider. EVERYTHING they do will keep good accordance with APPLE.

Absolutely the best experience I could ask for! Had my MacBook fixed in 20 minutes and didnt charge anything but for the part since the last place I took my Mac too didnt fix anything. Great experience, and even greater staff!

Very rude employees. They want a diagnostic fee for what I told them the problem was when I brought it in. Then they wanted to charge over $400 for what Apple Support ended up fixing for free. Stay away!
