I was shopping for lap top with 75 year old mother in bad health. She stayed in the car with bad bowel problems. She came into store asking if she was frantic almost in tears askjng to use the restroom. This young geek thinking he owned the joint said not public. In a dismassment that kid that ass wipe caused my mother pain and suffering. This so called manger kid and will be exsposedthet cruel to the eldery to not shop there. So i put down the laptop and i do believe this why there in nusiness to sell product not shove them out the door. Honestly and i hate to say this i would get better service at WALMART can you belive that a computer store is out done by WALMART YES THIS THE TRUTH. I WISH NOTHING but a ups box of poopy panties come to your store. This action was one of most extremly embrassing item that elderly people go through. Now to saleman one of most fraudlent guys i met. Asked him about the battery and he mentioned all in good shape but he lied. The next item is i hope this sales guy has to go through this embarrassment that he put my mother through. The owners should be Extremly embrased and put on local media to exspose the real store they operate. If you the owners dont like what i wrote then look for your name in the RIPOFF REPORT. TO EACH THERE BUT WE AS CONSUMERS HAVE A CHOICE TO KEEP YOU IN BUSINESS OR PUT YOU OF BUSINESS. CHEERS

I bought a smaller Dell (Latitude E6220 - for the owner because without the specific model apparently Im lying) refurbished laptop to take on my trip out of the states. The battery pack is loose, causing the computer to kill power instantly on occasion. The frame around the LCD is loose and I have to pop in back in from time to time. Three days after the purchase the screen malfunctioned and there is a small line across the bottom that shouldnt be there. Not a huge issue, but it is certainly not "up to spec". The "M" and the "N" keys were placed incorrectly and one of the keys pops out on occasion. The speakers are blown causing major annoyance and static with any moderate volume; leaving them to be used only as a last resort. The battery is clearly exhausted as it gives me a top unplugged time of an hour on "power saver" mode. This is with small CPU usage as well. Overall this laptop is certainly not up to standards that I would call "refurbished". It has served its purpose but, it is of "used" quality at most, and I wish that is the price I had paid for it. It was lazily rebuilt and unfortunately for me, because Ive left the country, I will not be able to take advantage of any warranty. Yes, this is my fault. I should not have been so trusting. For future buyers beware of this outlet.

I am very hesitant about buying used electronics - you never know what went on before, or what kind of abuse they went through. So when I bought a 2010 15-inch macbook pro from DCO and it was corrupted i was ready to never buy from them or any other used dealer again. To say these guys made it right is a huge understatement. They assured me that they never have issues like that with macs which would be empty words had they not given me a newer more powerful model for a mere $50 more. Have had the computer for nearly 3 months now and not a single glitch. Will definitely seek them out again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality computer at a fraction of the price.

Drove 50 min to there location for an item they had listed on sale/in stock and they pulled a bait and switch. One guy said they didnt have any in the last week but they have this more expensive model and when I confronted them about false advertising and showed them te ad another guy stepped in and said they "may" have sold them. Not a good way to treat your customers. Now my little girl will be disappointed on her bday...

After shopping around other computer stores for a few days I ended up finding a late 2009 Mac 27" for less than half the price of a new machine. They had a nice selection of computers for both PC and Mac and were quick to answer all my questions about the different models.

Bought tablet,battery went out within one month. Store told me would take them a week to fix. Or said i could replace it for 30 more dollars. When i said i only had the tab for less than a month they said i was lucky they were doing that for me.
