I took my phone in to get the screen replaced. Two days later they called me back saying they replaced the screen but the phone wouldnt turn on. B E Tek offered to buy me a refurbished phone (my phone was 2 months old) and have it be delivered to me 6 days later. I own my own business and cant afford to have my business line out for that length of time. After an hour of arguing with the owner, he finally agreed to letting me buy the same phone at Verizon and writing me a check for the amount so I can have a working phone same day. When I returned to the store for reimbursement, the owner accused me of bringing in a broken phone in the first place and I was taking advantage of his business by getting a brand new phone. He said his associate never checked the cracked phone to make sure it worked. The owner said he was taking a risk replacing my phone. The biggest risk was me trusting B E Tek to fix a cracked screen.

Theyre knowledgeable, and their prices on various peripherals are good. Now, for the downside: They dont seem to be able to say "no", and as a result, Ive left equipment and parts there for a bench test to see if they wanted to buy it on three different occasions, and basically never heard back from them until I called them. The first time it was three months. The second time it was a little over a month-and-a-half, and this last time it was a bit over a week. If theyd been honest with me up front and told me they didnt need my old equipment, I would have been fine with that, and would have asked them to recycle it. As it stands, Im sufficiently tired of the run-around Ive gotten every time that it is unlikely I will go back, for anything.

My first experience was great...second was not as good. I called to see if the equipment I had taken up there to sell was done because I was quoted 3 days. It was five. The man I talked to on the phone was very rude and short with me and stated if Ur not happy come pick it up. So as soon as I Hung up with him I went to go pick it up and he brought out my monitor and 1 cord and there were 3 that should have been with it. He was incredibly rude n asked are you stupid and kept talking to me as if I was a child. Brought my bf in to assist me with getting all my cords back. Another man came out and got me everything I brought in with my system. He was very kind to me. That is all.

Ive been bringing all of my laptop issues to BE Tek for probably 10yrs because I can trust them. Thats hard to find in any business. Whether its fixing a glitch, replacing a screen, or installing a new solid state drive, I know I can count on their professionalism and expertise for a successful result. Their turnaround time varies by the size of the job and their demand at the time. They are always friendly and helpful. Even today, i had what looked like a fan issue with my laptop-wouldnt reboot. They blew the dust out while i waited, showed me how to do it next time myself, didnt charge me a dime, and saved me the cost of a new fan. Theyre the BEST in my book

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My computer crashed and I contacted them on a good word of mouth. They gave me some vague information (price ranges for a system that ranged by hundreds of dollars) and were unresponsive when I asked for a detailed break down of the quote. When called I was told they were "busy." I simplified my request to just the price of one item, and asked for the information by the end of the day. They couldnt even manage that. They clearly dont want business or they would be more responsive. SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND EFFORT...SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!

I discovered these guys a number of years back, and theyve saved my bacon a bunch of times with various computers -- often providing advice that solved issues without downtime or charges! The only drawback Ive encountered is taking a unit in at one of the peak times of the year (back-to-school, holidays, and such) - because of their reputation they can be swamped -- but theyve always completed work within estimated timeframes. I never look forward to having to use them, but happy they are there for me when I need them.

I have dealt with this company since 2002. I have used this shop to repair my computers and had not had any problems. I called today and the guy that answered the phone was rude. I was asking about Windows Vista update and whether there was an easy fix. The guy told me if I am calling him I did not know how to fix my system. I called back to report this guy to the owner. I asked him for his name and he hung up in my face. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!! I will be reporting the jerk that was rude.

The AC plug in my laptop was shot. Keith not only did the repair, but swapped out the power cord which was also faulty and under warranty, gave me a better power cord, and even addressed a Bitdefender issue that wasnt on the work order. And, to top it off, all the work was done long before the 7-10 day initial projection. Exceeded my expectations on several levels. Thats why I continue as a loyal customer.

Their extremely knowledgeable techs went over the best options for getting me up and running again after my trusty Dell died. I ended up with one of their refurbished computers at a great price. It runs like a champ and I couldnt be happier. They even got the Office off my old computer! I would definitely recommend this place. (Bonus: they have an ancient vending machine with 75¢ sodas!)

Would highly recommend B.E. TEK Computers. I came in near the end of business with an issue that I couldnt resolve on my own. Kyle took the time to check into the issue, solve it quickly, and sent me on my way. Couldnt have asked for better customer service, and I will definitely be using them for any future computer needs.

This place is great. I have taken 3 computers to them in the last couple of months and they have done great. My Mac had crashed and was not backed up (i am the idiot). Many "experts" said we would not get anything off it. Nope not with these guys, We got it all back!!! I could not recommend them more.

It seems like the people that work there are trying to get the best of everyone that comes in. Whether it is giving them repurposed equipment that doesnt work. Or lying about being able to save files on the computer that was turned on for repair. Almost like a I am better than you attitude.

My little sisters laptop had been broken for months...every time she tried to open it it started coming apart. They took a look at it and decided it just needed screws. Solved the issue that had caused her so much trouble for free...when another place had said it would be $200. Thank you!!!
