Hoesnlty the costumer service was not awful, BUT I did not leave with a fixed phone. This review I hope, would help CPR cell phone repair, be more orginzed and have better communication with each other. - I recently cracked off apart of my back camera glass on my iPhone 7+... how I did that no clue. I was having trouble finding somewhere with a decent price that wouldnt break the bank... CPR was one of the cheapest places. I had called and they had to ship the part.. totally unferstable! I call the week I go to get it fixed, they ask if I could come in at 1 on a Thursday... said it would take an hour, I replied with I work till 2 could I come up after and they said yes.. expect it to take about an hour. Come up Thursday around 3 (I live in indianola) Go in and the Customer service was great, they made sure I knew how much it would cost and was honest in saying they had some other phones there and it would take a couple hours I had to be back in indianola by 5, so I wasnt gonna be able to get it fixed and leave with it... I had called my mom to see if she could pick it up that night.. long story short, she wasnt able to pick it up till that next day, at 10 and then take it down to me. So my phone was here from 3 pm to around 10... When my mom had handed me back my phone, the back camera still had a chipped glass (she didnt event think to see if it was fixed) .. I was very ticked off. my phone had been there all night and I get it back and its not fixed and Im out 150$ I call back they act very confused ask for my name and say something about it not being in the same Spot... asked if I had time to come in and it would take 10-15 min I was very confused as earlier they said it would take an hr. My mom offered to call them back since she was the one who had picked it up, and they tell her a different story and say that they did fix it and that they put adhesive on it so it would stick and that, that must have come Off.... and if that was true the entire back camera part would be off.... not the part I had chipped... he also says that they had 2 iPhone 7+ camera lenses needing to be fixed the same day and they must have gotten mixed up, and that the technetion had said that it was fixed... and that he can only take his word for it since he didnt fix it. I go in on Friday to get my money back.. I was very nervous this would not turn out well... but it went as well as it could.. they offered to fix it but by this point I am very upset and would rather have my money back and take my business else where. There were two guys the day I dropped my Phone off and the same two when I came to pick It up, and they acted very like "hmm I dont know what happened" - Here are the issues The stories dont add up, and mixed up or not you should check the phone to see if it is fixed and if its the right phone... since you had 2 of the same phones there, I could have very well walked away with someone elses phone.. this might sound petty but we hoesnlty depend on our phones and im 100% fine going a night without my phone for it to be fixed but to receive it the next day and its not even touched and I had already paid 150$ is very irritating and to drive all the way back up to get my Money is upsetting.... My entire reasoning for typing out a long review is in hope that your store becomes more organized and better communication... honestly If you were honest from the get go, I would have had you fix my phone.. but since the story You told me and then the story you Told my mom, didnt match up, I didnt want you guys to fix my phone, and because of this I will Not be returning to your store, I know your probably thinking one less customer that wont hurt us too Bad, and maybe not... but if the communication between the people that work here doesnt get better then you are gonna lose a lot More customers. Again you guys never got hostile, and gave me My refund with out a big argument, and I appreciat that, but it is still very dissapointing that my Phone was there from 3 pm to 10 am the next day and was not fixed at all....

First off, I just want to say that I have dropped and shattered a couple of phone screens (not this particular iPhone) in the past. I have taken them to the kiosk in the mall and had the screens replaced no problem! On Friday, my iPhone 6 fell out of my pocket and I picked it up to see the screen shattered. The phone still worked perfectly (sound, camera, keyboard all still functioning correctly). I work at a local elementary school and have driven by the CPR several times so I thought I would bring my phone in to be fixed. I read the reviews and thought, "Great! This place seems legitimate!" I brought my phone in that Saturday after I called ahead to see if they had the available parts and time to work on it. The gentleman at the place took the phone and then had me pay 127 dollars up front. Big mistake. Then, they asked me to wait 2 hours, which should have been a clue that they were novice technicians. I returned to the store after an hour and fifteen minutes and decided to wait in the store. The gentleman comes out and tells me it will be about 20 minutes more. He then returns and proceeds to explain that they can no longer get my phone to turn on and its Apples fault; that Apple most likely sent me a faulty phone and there was nothing they could do. So all of my photos of my family, applications, and everything on the phone is gone and the worst part of it all, no refund on the amount I prepaid. They credited me back 60 dollars for the screen and that is it. I left in tears. I have never written a google review before, although I read them before visiting a place of business, but I just HAD to warn people. I would not take your shattered screens to this place of business to be repaired. You will lose time, money, and your device.

I am sorry but I had the worst expirience dealing with this cell phone repair store. My screen was cracked and I had to make 5 trips total in the course of 1 month! They first claimed to have repaired my phone screen but I could clearly tell that it was the wrong screen for a different model and they denied it in my face. I went back because alot of functions like speakerphone were not working anymore on my phone not to mention the back of the phone keeps coming off even now still. I had to go back several times to try to solve this issue and the african american employee who works on the front was extremley rude to me telling me that I did not know what I was talking about and talking to me like I was stupid. If you have any care for your repair shop you need to get rid of that employee. Will never recommend this store to anyone and will never go back again. Thank you for ruining my phone and robbing me of $200
