Dropped off my iPhone6 at around 10:30am for a no charge issue, the manager Rolland told me around 1-2pm hell contact me back via email. He had two other repairs in front of me. Called them at 5pm same day since I havent received any news. Was told by another employee my phone was still not on and unfortunately he has no idea whats done to it because Rolland left early. He had to contact Rolland before getting back at me a couple of minutes later saying it could be the battery and they dont have any in stock. He seemed unsure when the battery will get here, or what my phone really needed. I was going to have to wait til the next day to talk to Rolland again. Seem like a common issue so its odd because a cell phone repair shop doesnt have a battery in stock. So what I was hoping was going to be a fast turn around time since this was my only phone is going to take longer then expected. If I had known it would take this long I would have brought it somewhere else.

Honestly, worst service ever. We were told that the part we needed to fix my phone was going to be in by Wednesday. Didnt hear anything by Friday so I called and they said it was inroute to the store and will be ready early Saturday. So today I called at 11 asking if the part came and they said they dont get mail until 1 and they will call me when they check. We went to the store at 3 (they never called me back) and never even checked their mail so we had to wait 1 1/2 hours to fix the phone. And when we go back to get the phone they broke the part that holds the SIM card. They said we could get the part for tree at T-Mobile. Well we went and they dont even carry the pet in store and costs $7. Im beyond unimpressed with this store. Go in to fix one problem to leave with another.

I would say they could really work on customer communication. People rely on their phones so much now for work and personal use that they need regular updates. Maybe email updates would be a good option? I dropped it off on Wednesday around 1:00pm and I had to call Friday to see what was the status. Then I was told it would be about an hour. I called again at the end of the day Friday and was told they had left a message but I checked both numbers I left with them and no message. I also confirmed the numbers just to be sure. My phone was not able to be repaired which was a bummer but not their fault. Other than that I think they know their stuff so I would go back.

5 star review for a reason!!! Lets start by saying my battery port fried while on vacation in Orlando. I heard about them on KDWB from none other than my buddy Dave Ryan. In less than an hour I was all fixed up with a brand new battery port and a courtesy 100% battery charge. I also received some tips about bad chargers. I was so impressed I purchased an additional charger for my vehicle. Im not 100% sure on the owner/manager but between the two names on my receipt Gary or Odey Im extremely grateful and Id like to highly recommended their services and friendly welcoming attitudes.

Charged $50 for a water damage diagnostic when I have gotten it for FREE at ubreakifix repair shop down the street. I guess for 50 bucks I expected A real diagnosis of what could possibly be damage on the phone. Stating that the phone wont power on, which was clearly obvious in the first place did not seem like a diagnosis. Overall, the staff was friendly. But I dont think I would recommend this place . I would definitely look around for repair shops that do not charge for an initial diagnosis . Other places do not charge you anything unless the phone is fixed .

I went in to find out how much it would cost to get my phone repaired while I was waiting for someone at Costco. I had to wait around in the lobby for a couple of minutes until someone came out from the secret back room to talk to me. The price quoted seemed a little high and the impression I received from the employee was that I was bothering him. He seemed in a hurry to get me to leave. I probably wont be back.

Extremely happy with everything involved with my experience. I had a laptop computer with a broken screen. I brought it in and they told they had to order parts, and it would be a couple days. They told me to expect my computer back on the 15th and on the 15th they called me to come get it. They told me a price, and thats what I paid. I would definitely go back, but hope I dont have to.

LG G4 cell phone was diagnosed with suffering from the known bootloop issue. Employee Steve T. was able to bypass the issue allowing the recovery of ALL data, such as text messages, contacts, calendar, photos, etc. Customer service was exceptional. Would definitely recommend CPR Maple Grove to others who have fallen victim to LGs known, but little reported, hardware problem.

Great, quick, professional service. Repair rate was identical to another repair shop only this one comes with warranty. Ran to Lowes for 30 mins and came back, phone was ready to go. Had the protection glass installed as well, reasonable price for this product. Highly recommend this location. Not to mention all the places you eat or shop at while phone is being repaired.

Friendly & professional! Gary and Emmanuel helped me retrieve my sons birthday photos and other important data stored on my Samsung S6 that had a completely broken screen. Service was fast considering they had other phones to work on. Remember to be patient, enjoy a show on their flat screen TV while you wait for your repairs. Ill be back for future repairs!

The service was impeccable!! We arrived 30 minutes before they closed with a broken iPhone screen and was fixed at a very reasonable price in a short amount of time! He even told us that Apple had a special going on for a cheaper fix if we wanted to save $30. Great, kind guy and will definitely recommend this location to everyone in the future!

Called ahead and they said they could have my part and fix my phone in two days. Called before driving there and they said the part was there but the guy who works on my model is not in till the following day. Spent an extra $50 dollars to have my phone back in two days compared to three days. Instead wait three days and pay the extra $50.

Water damaged phone got repaired. Great...except it took 5.5 weeks and could never get a clear answer on what the status of my phone was. As a customer service gesture for the delay (I was originally told 1-2 weeks) they credited me $50. I still ended up paying over $280 for the repair. My advice is to look elsewhere or go straight to Apple.

Part was promised with-in 2 days. Delivered as promised. E-mail quote was reasonable however this was just an estimate the actual price was less once I got into store. Repair was quick, less than an hr. so I just waited. Would recommend CPR to anyone looking for good quality cell phone repairs at a reasonable price. Great job guys. THANKS
