I can only comment on their handling of email hosting clients, such as through Google Apps. I highly recommend you go directly through Google. They have no off hours technical support. If you forget to pay your bill like I did, they will shut off your email at 10pm, leaving you loocked out of any android phones and tablets for 12 hours, and then make you drive to pay them in person as they dont take American. Express. . What happens if your email gets hacked on Saturday afternoon, Google locks you out, which is what they do if fraud is suspected, and then you cant contact anyone until Monday morning. Save yourself the trouble, Google is simpler, faster, you dont have to leave your home and they have people you can talk to at any time to get issues fixed.

Computer Whatever is the only company I would choose for all of my computer needs! Kelly and her crew have been helping me with my computers for over five years now and I could not be happier with the service I receive. When I was in need of a new laptop, I didnt even hesitate on who would help me find exactly what I needed. I told them what I was using the computer for and the things I needed and wanted in a new laptop. They found me the perfect model, set it up for me and even transferred the data from my old, dead laptop to the new one. Holy smokes Computer Whatever is awesome! Yesterday my computer got a malware virus that debilitated my computers speeds. I called up CW and asked if I could have them fix my computer at their shop as I waited. Abby of CW said, "how about I remote into your computer and do the scans without you leaving your office?" So naturally I said, "yes!" So as I left my office on a sales call Abby remoted into my computer ran scans, located and removed any malware and viruses in time for me to come back to a computer all ready to go! Such a great experience. I would highly recommend Computer Whatever for your computer and IT needs.
