I have asked Paul 3 times and have not been disappointed. About 6 months ago, my hard drive crashed he had one one site all ready loaded with Win 10, I was up and running in less than an hour. Working from home that was huge. About 1 year ago, I had a old computer with Window ME on it. With many old DOS games and stuff. Some fault took place in the OS and I was not able to start up in anything but safe mode. Paul was able to update the OS to Win 7 and save all the data on the hard drive. Paul is a miracle worker. A dying breed, most IT solutions are replace. Paul can repair.
