Ive been buying makeup and skin care products at Merle Norman in Scottsdale since moving to Arizona three and a half years ago. The owner, Kathleen, has always gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service, with recommending different products specifically for my skin type and desired look. When I got married she spent some much appreciated time with me to refine my wedding makeup. Kathleen couldnt be more welcoming, kind, or helpful, and she is willing to ship products to me if I cant make it in. Vanessa is also an absolute pleasure. Please do yourself the favor of visiting Merle Norman Studio in Scottsdale - youll be glad you did!!

I had such a nice experience when I visited this store. The store owner Kathleen was there and even though she was obviously busy she stopped what she was doing to greet me. She took a great deal of her time with me. She educated me about skin care and helped me to choose makeup. I have been in some of the larger Merle Norman stores and have never experienced customer service like this. Great place to shop!

The woman who owns this place is by far the worst sales person to ever work retail. She does not deserve to be a distributor for such a great company as Randolph Engineering. Even after a $20 discount I would never shop at this location again.
