I used to work for bath and body a few years ago our manager ingrained in our heads that our job was to make sure the customers where happy. The sprays there make me break out I asked them nicely if I could use the coupon for something else which people have done in the past for me, she asked me who did it for me and explained that this wasnt there policy then got annoyed when I asked questions she was in white barn I know she was most likely the manager/assistant or whatever because there has to be at least one on duty. I dont mind being told no for the coupon its them treating me like a cheap person. The reason I didnt leave was this girl in Bbws she had pretty long blonde hair and a nose piercing she was wonderful helping me try and get what I wanted for her I give 10 stars unfortunately the rest of the staff is terrible :(

Had a pretty crappy experience today. The employees are constantly asking if you need any help, but when you do, they fail to deliver. Both my friend and I were having a frustrating time at the register trying to get discounts figured out (some of which we were misinformed on by an employee) when another employee came up to us and said "Come over here, you guys are driving me nuts." Throughout the whole conversation she was very condescending and told me I was wrong multiple times and that she wouldnt help me. Even if I AM a wrong, theres a good way to handle it. As we were finally leaving, she said to me, "Be careful next time when you come in here with coupons." Lucky for her, I wont be coming back. Wish I knew her name so she could know.

Great store! I never have a problem with getting help, being checked out in a timely manner or getting ideas on what scents pair best! Definitely a store I would recommend going to!
