Its really unfortunate when, as a beauty company, you give the opportunity to demonstrate products that are meant to be relaxing for customers and one of your sales people has warts covering both of their hands. How am I supposed to react to a hand massage from them as a first-time customer whos told that Lush had amazing skin care and body products? Uncomfortable? Yes. Disappointed? Absolutely. Even so, a friend convinced me to go back with her after I had decided not to shop there. After using one of their bath bombs I was really happy with how my skin felt and how I felt, but to be honest I dont even want to go back in the store to buy another because of my first experience there. The worst part is that he still works for Lush. I love the idea of going in to smell products before I buy anything so I dont want to shop online but I feel far too uncomfortable going in-store with him there. I dont hold anything against any employees but if Lush wants to be successful in promoting skin care this is something theyll need to avoid.

Me and my wife were visiting from out of town and she wanted to go to a mall while she was here in Phoenix. She is Japanese and is used to incredibly polite and friendly service, but has been unable for the most part to find comparable service here in the USA at any store. This Lush changed that. They treated her like royalty and gave outstanding service that she has been raving about for hours after we have left. She even told me that she wants to come back to Phoenix in the future specifically to come to this Lush store, even though there is one fairly close to where we live. The associates here went above and beyond their duties and made my wife extremely happy which, in turn, makes me happy as well.

I like lush a lot but the customer service here was bad. Walking in I was just told hello and offered no service which was weird cause usually when im at the Scottsdale location Im hounded right away. I was here tonight and purchased a pretty big purchase. I asked for a shampoo sample of a shampoo I was interested in the guy said yes and took the bottle and walked away and never came back. The line was so long and going so slow and when got to the cashier I asked for a mask of magnaminty she said ok and made one and when I got home she didnt put it in the bag. I usually shop at the Scottsdale location but they are shut till new store is open. Two stars

Went to lush today after a long shift at the hospital I work at. I was greeted by smiling faces and helpful employees. I found what I was looking for immediately and received lots of recommendations for other products. When I went to check out the cashier was so nice and we had a conversation about the hair products we use. He gave me a sample of one of the products we talked about and I love it! I will definitely go back to this store. Keep up the good work, you guys are awesome!!

First time customer last time shopper. The Chandler team was super friendly while in the store last week where I spent quite some time and $$. Happened to be in the mall today (same location I shop most) and saw some of the employees walking around. I smiled and said "hello" and was not acnoledged or was sneered at with an eye roll... FAKE attitudes dont fly for me and my hard earned money.. thanx, no thanx.. find better brand representation.

The workers there seemed to really care about our experience there. They gave us samples of scrubs and sugars. And they even did a bath bomb for us. I was very pleased with my experience there although the prices are horrible.

Expensive but their soaps and lotions are pretty great. Makes taking a bath extra relaxing, especially the bath bombs. My fiancee loves just about everything in the store but I generally stick to the smelly soaps and bombs.

I had my first experience shopping at a Lush store today and it was absolutely WONDERFUL! The sales women were extremely knowledgeable and on top of that - they were sweet hearts!! Thanks a million girls, you made my day :)

I like their products and like that they are sustainable and not tested on animals. However, I cant go in the store anymore because it makes me very uncomfortable to be surrounded by the overbearing and pushy sales people.

The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to help you find the right products for you cosmetic needs. Have a good selection of guys stuff, and thats awesome! Love the coalface face wash and vanishing cream.
