I am long term Lush user and have been to many different Lush stores in U.S. This store has the worst costumer service I ever had in my life. I want to buy facial cleanser, (Angel Bare foot and charcoal one) and asked about amount of $10. The lady dropped it and put it in the container again, then she left to the back room to get the charcoal cleanser. I told the other lady I dont want to buy the one the lady dropped...(of course! I will clean my face with it!) The other lady said "sure" but she left and talk to the other customer. The lady came back from the back room and she said there is no more charcoal cleanser besides the couple one which already in the container and priced ( around $20 amount). I asked if they can open it and give me $10 amount but they said "we shouldnt , you should buy these amount ($20). I told them that other store always open the other full of container and separate the amount that I want. The lady said "ok...." and gave me $8 amount. The lady scanned the angel one that she dropped, and I asked her "do I have to buy this? You dropped it ..." and she said "so You Dont Want It????" in mean way. I gave up.......I was like " Ok, I will get it". In the end, she didnt even say "thank you" or anything. I wont ever go to that store. Chandler one is much better and great customer service.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced at a Lush store before - and Ive been to multiple locations in the US. After having a few products in my arms- clearly about to buy these items- I asked an employee for a sample and she said they only do samples on the face and they dont give any away to take home(which I would understand if I didnt plan on buying anything but I clearly was a paying customer who just wanted a sample. Plus every other lush I have been to did this) so after I said no to the face wash in store she was even more rude and ignored me so I asked another employee for assistance- she wasnt much help either. Moral of the story... Ill never get to try anything new from this Lush location, as I dont want to wash my face in their mall location, especially when I have a full face of makeup on for the day. My boyfriend also tried to get a sample of a face scrub on another occasion and got less than enough to use once. I love Lush but this is the worst location Ive ever dealt with.

The products are great but the employees act like they are blessing you with their presence. Ive come in solo a few times and have never been asked if I needed anything. I just was there with my friends and one employee was visually annoyed we didnt want to buy large chunks of soap even though on their sign it says they will "cut you a chunk" so you can get what a size youd like or try the product without spending $25 for one soap. Ill stick to other organic and vegan product brands that dont have the attitude.

Great customer service, great products and genuinely friendly staff. My friend and I ducked in there to hide from an aggressively determined salesperson from the kiosk just down the corridor, and we ended up at Lush. The sales people there were so understanding and empathetic about it, we ended up staying for a bit to learn about the company and the products.

Rude male employee at the door. Quickly wandered over to the bath bomb area to inform me the area was a work station was off limits to customers and strictly a work area. Misleading display and no friendliness: I miss the old location.

Amazing selection of soaps that look and smell amazing. Definitely a place to at least visit when youre in the mall.
