I used to go to the Riverdale location before we moved. Now the Farmington is the closest location I have. I have been going there for months and not ONCE have I been given my rewards balance or have I been asked if I want to use my rewards points, which is something Riverdale asked me every time I bought something. There is usually a line and by the time I get up there I feel like I shouldnt have to stop the cashier and say "Hey wait, what is my balance and can I use my own points please?" when other locations offer this information up front. I feel it is customer service. Today I went in and made an 80 dollar purchase and the free gift that was advertised wasnt given to me. Now I realize that they could have been out of the free gift, but how would I know? There was a line, the one cashier behind the counter who was helping me when I got up there was also having to call for help on the floor because a customer needed help on the floor and couldnt find anyone, and she didnt bother to give me my rewards balance or ask me if I wanted to use the points. It was a general "ring it up, put it in the bag, where do you want your receipt? next" transaction. This isnt the only time either, it is like this every time I go in. I can definitely tell that Riverdale offers better customer service than Farmington overall and this is based on me shopping in Farmington over the last few months.

After I told the cosmetologist about the ingredients that Im allergic to, she applied the primer, foundation, and blush on my face. I looked at the ingredients, it had Talc and Mica. She just rushed to the next customer and said she made a mistake for not reading the ingredients before applying to my face. Instead of make up, I purchased a few facial care products with my credit card. The cashier asked me do I want to subscribe to allure and glamour, I said "no." A month later, I got a notice from allure & glamour that Ill get my 2 free issues and will be bill 2 separate $10.50 charges to the credit/debit card that I used to purchase my items. I was hoping that this Ulta wouldnt treat customer bad as the one in Riverdale, UT. Be aware. Pay with cash if you must go to this store. Dont bother using your Ulta Reward card. Youll get discounts/savings from other websites.

I shop here very often and when I do I usually have a good experience, nothing amazing but definitely not bad. The staff is friendly, nice and always willing to answer any questions I have and give advice. The store itself is usually clean and tidy, even the clearance section. My biggest problem with this Ulta location is that theyre never shipped enough product so unless youre one of the first twenty(ish) people to purchase any new product, they sell out (which isnt the staffs fault). Its just really unfortunate and frustrating to get the same response everytime a new makeup product comes out (which is that you must order it online or wait 1-2+ months). Overall, I like this location and Id recommend it to a friend/family.

I work at a beauty supply store and we greet our customers they didnt greet me or ask if I needed help and I thought that was rude and I was trying to match my skin to a bare minerals foundation color and when I was trying to find help no one was around I was really disappointed cause now I have the wrong color foundation and I have to return it maybe this time Ill get some help but I doubt it! Everyone Ive talked to loves ulta and think its the most awesome store and it is an awesome store but the employees suck they should live up to the expectations of ulta and take care of their customers because ulta is a very popular store but once I get my right foundation color I wont be returning to this store ever again.

I walked into the store right before closing with a group of friends with a specific item in mind for each of us. The lady that greeted us very rudly stated that they would be closing shortly. We went to the makeup and were picking out what we were planning on buying and another employee came up to us and made us feel like we were being a burden by being in the store. We let them know that we would happily take our business elsewhere. They lost out on at least $300 in sales from us. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store. I also have never received such terrible service. There is an ulta in Riverdale and Im telling you, go to that store if you value good customer service.

They were very helpful! I usually buy from the riverdale store but whenever they dont have something in stock and I dont want to wait for the shipping online, the Farmington store usually has it when I call. Theyve asked to put items on hold for me the past couple times Ive called. Super appreciated when they put them on hold for me. Not to mention, they have a friendly staff.

I love Ulta and their products, however they have a very rude, disrespectful, bratty, sales associate named Morgan who works at this location. Morgan was very very rude, and made it very clear that she was not willing to help me with the products. I will NEVER again go to this Ulta location and spend the money I do, to be treated so disrespectful.

The employees are very unfriendly. Ive noticed this at several Ulta stores and on multiple visits. It makes me wonder what type of business model Ulta has as a company. The employees can be rude and seem very unhappy. I just try to avoid going to Ulta all together. I dont recommend visiting this store or any Ulta location.

Had a great experience at the Salon, Beth was amazing. She listened to what I wanted, and didnt want, with my hair. Spent a few min afterwards shopping, and everyone else in the store was super friendly.
