If youre looking for an upscale shopping expereince in the financial heart of Phoenix, then the Biltmore Fashion Park is the place for you. Not only is there shopping available at places like Macys and Saks Fifth Avenue, but there are smaller chain stores that cater to more expensive taste (Ralph Lauren and WIlliams Sonoma), but there are also boutiques that cannot be found everywhere else. Of ourse, there arent many of those - this is a mall, afterall. There are some good choices for food at the Biltmore Fashion Park, too. Among my favorites are The Bamboo Club and one of the oldest restaurants at the center, Steamers. It has consistently served up good seafood. The recent construction at hte center has been a bit of a pain for the regulars, but it has yielded a unique look and a nice environment. The feel is much less mall-like than it had been, and harkens to the craftsman/Wright heritage of the area without being overdone. It tends to have much more of a community feel than other shopping centers, because people actually gather there - its also dog-friendly, so people frequently bring Fido along for a play-date with other canines.

GREAT PLACE!! Although some shop employees were quite (im going to just throw this out there) snooty, my overall experience was great. I do love the Friday night movies!!!
