More Bad advice from Home Depot... Bought a New Kitchen Faucet there earlier in the week for my Daughters house. She picked it out and I sent it home with her that day. Went install the faucet on Saturday. Noticed that we needed some adapters for the water line connections. Went to Home Depot and found that there are a 3/8" and a 7/16" supply line connections on some of the isol vales sold there and both sizes of hoses. Found a Lady working in the plumbing dept. showed one of the boxed up faucets that was still in the box and explained what I wanted to check to see what size the connection sizes are to get the adapters. I asked her if she could open the box so I could check the faucet. She would not open the box and immediately said, "They were 1/2". I said, "This faucet comes with supply hoses already attached, they are not 1/2 inch brass fittings on copper tubes, like the old faucets used to be". I was not sure if they were the 3/8" or the 7/16", I had never heard of the 7/16". I asked again if we could open the box so I could check. She said "They are 1/2 inch, all the faucets are1/2 inch". I said that is how the old faucets were, these new ones have hoses already attached". I was tired of going back and forth with this lady by then. She obviously did not know what they were selling. She had an attitude when I told her they were not 1/2" and insisted I was wrong, and she would not open the F-ing box so we both could see what size connections the faucet had. I bought some adapters, I went back to my daughters house. AND GUESS WHAT They were 3/8" not 1/2" like the Home Depot Lady INSISTED.... MORE BAD ADVICE FROM A HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEE. I should have just went to LOWES. I never get a hassle at Lowes.

This particular Home Depot never fails to disappoint. Today, no shopping carts. I went to the customer service counter and ask where all the shopping cart were and the young man and the two ladies behind the counter looked at me like..."Its not my problem". I stood there for a minute and the girls just went about their talking and the young man just ignored me. I was like seriously? I walked back outside the store to look for a cart and none. I then went back inside and walked to the other end of the store...no carts. Finally I went back out to the parking lot and got a basket. The lot was full of carts. I brought 6 carts back in to people who were waiting for a cart as well. Hello? Somebodys not paying attention. As far as the three in the front at customer service.....shame on you! Be glad Im not your boss because you all would be looking for a new job. On a positive note...several older men (of which I am myself) and one older lady all asked if I needed any help. Good job! My hats off to the man in plumbing, the man in the sprinkler department, the lady in hardware, and the older gentleman in lumber. Thank you!

I came in looking for something very specific for an art class, but with no knowledge of the tools name! I only knew what it looked like. I described it to a staff member and although I told him it was okay if they couldnt find it, he and about 4 other members went on a hunt in almost the entire store looking for it. Eventually, not even the manager knew what I was talking about and I never found it, but everyone was so incredibly helpful and nice. They went above and beyond the expectation. I just moved to this area so I will be sure to continue doing all of my home supply and tool shopping here! :)

So far horrible experience with the dishwasher ordered. As another customer stated with the delivery people they called and said they would be out between 9-1 on a Saturday and never showed. So of course due to New Years we didnt hear back until Tuesday they came out Wednesday and said they couldnt do it due to a valve and we needed a plumber and they would come back out to finish the job. So they didnt even take the old dishwasher and left the new one in my kitchen also. Getting someone to help you at this store is ridiculous. They always act like you are bugging them for doing their job.

This store is a complete joke! Their customer service is horrible!! I ordered a patio sofa set in June and it was damaged either during delivery, or in the factory. I finally got my replacement sofa two months later. The managers at the Power Rd store make every promise in the world. However, they dont follow through with anything that they promise. I used to shop there every single weekend. Im not really a fan of Lowes. But, may have to start doing business with them instead.

We cant say enough good things about the staff at this store. Firstly manager Dave and associate Carly who helped us place an order from Canada when we are unable to do so via the website. Secondly Manager Nick and associate Bridgett who helped us when one of the parts for our project was damaged and we needed to get the matter resolved quickly. All the staff at this branch have been most helpful and gone above and beyond to help us get our project done on time. Thank you

Ive used this Home Depot several times from things ranging from power tool rentals to finding one of those types of light bulbs that you typically have to search the globe to find and each experience I have had here has been pleasant. Staff is knowledgable and friendly and they know where everything is which is a huge plus since I dont have to spend 20 minutes searching the store. In general I am very happy with this store and have nothing negative to say about it really.

I had a wonderful customer experience day at Home Depot! From Sara at customer service, the gentleman who assisted me with re-key sets, Ruben with the locks, the cashier at self checkout, and Teddy who thanked me for my business and welcomed back for my for my next experience to Home Depot! Thank you for turning emergency pick up items in a time of stress to feeling like home at the Home Depot :)

I would. We bought a washer and later found out lowes was cheaper, so we called they said they would price match. Once we went to the store they came up with a bunch of excuses why they wouldn't price match when they said they would, and they wouldn't even let us cancel it so now we have to wait for them to deliver and take it back. I'm shopping at Lowes from now on

When going through Home Depot for appliances and install they take no credit if the job is done improperly or not at all. When the contractors they work through are un professional they simply show "empathy" towards the situation but do not help remedy it by any means. Terrible problem resolution.

Customer service non existant. Had dish washer delivered, big man unable to turn water under sink off, so "could not" install it. Bought flooring, we picked out in 10 minutes. Mike T. was great. but stood at front counter trying to get a "manager" to approve military discount for 20 minutes.
