I ordered a chair from office depot web. I chose to pick up option from this oracle office depot. The manager did not allow me to take my paid chair. He was saying I cant take the chair because i didnt bring physical coupon, he would not take my printed processed order confirmation email with discounted coupon. He also said I cant combine two coupons together, which was not indicated on office depot ordering web at all. I contacted 1800-go-depot customer agent, they said my order was perfectly fine. When the 1800-go-depot customer agent tried to call this specific store, the store manager rudely hung up the phone on the office depot agent. So the office depot agent promised to make up the horrible customer service by shipping a free chair to me, but he had to forward this issue to their management team first and report the problem. This black store manager of the oracle office depot intentionally prevented customer to take the ordered item and cancelled their order without asking the customer. This was very rude and uncultured behavior of him to do that, and embarrassed the whole office depot team. Dont go to this store to pick up your discounted item online, because they wouldnt let you. Overall, this was about a $50 chair, dont know what went wrong with this idiotic pathetic guy, he deserved to get fired.

I had one of my best experiences I have ever had in a store of any kind, home improvement or not. We had to have our shower re-done. So we went shopping for shower doors, and getting nowhere. Dealing with people and departments that had no idea of what I needed. Then I went to the Oracle Rd. Home Depot. I met one of the best and most knowledgeable gentleman I could have hoped for. He helped me from beginning to end, not just what was on the floor level, but got the lift and brought down just the shower doors I wanted, which were very heavy. Then he took us to other departments of the store to get soap dish, shower handles, ect. As far as my experience, Michael in the plumbing department is one of the most knowledgeable, and helpful people I have met in a long, long time. He is great.

I went here today to buy some paint supplies and a very specific screw for some drawer pulls I bought on Amazon which came with screws that were too long. Chet, a home Depot employee, assisted me and went well beyond typical customer service expectations. He discovered my screw was mm instead of inches and directed me to the appropriate size but slightly shorter. I was delighted to discover that the screws I purchased based on his recommendation work perfectly! Thank you, Chet, and extra kuddos to you, as the store was fairly busy and one normally doesnt expect this kind of service from from Home Depot!

I slipped on the mud near the cactus plants in the back. Put out my hand to steady myself and ended up with several puncture wounds from the cactus that my hand landed on. Told the clerk who apologized. I told him that such an incident required more than just a routine apology and I wanted to speak to someone, as my fingers were becoming dark red and splotchy. He made a call and I spoke to Caleb who was responsive and made a note re the incident. I think your clerks need better orientation re accidents, and aisles cleaned of wet mud, as I could have seriously wrenched my back or even fallen.

We recently bought a house, yay for us. We both want a new pain over the wall, easier than using magic eraser. The manager of the paint department helped me personally very very very much.. theyre full of advice that will help you with any questions you have. And they are generally there to help you. And if they dont know something they will tell you straight up "Im sorry let me grab somebody else to help". Did I also mention that their price is lower than other competitor. I love the BHER latex. It is a little pricy ~40 a gallon but it is so easier to clean.

I had my living room tiled by them. Got really poor quality workmanship. One tile is higher than the other next to it, all over the room. The grout widths are varying in wide ranges from tile to tile between 1/4 and 1/2". The grout lines are not continuous etc. Now the store managers are protecting the installer and visa verse. Do not contract Home Depot to do any installation.

Im glad I came to this location, this was my first time shopping at Home Depot and the staff that helped me was awesome. Leticia was the name of the person who helped me the most and I wish her work ethic spreads to other store locations. However I wish the music would change, it doesnt really fit the theme of the store.

Had the worst customer service at home depot took me half an hour for some old guy to help me find heating tape and guess what he show me heating cable and he told me it heating tape is he blind cause on the package it said heating cable and beside I know what heating tape look like so are you kinding me.

Plenty of employees, some even acknowledge your existence. But none will ask if you need any help. For my shopping experience, looking for pvc parts, their selection pales in comparison to that of the costco drive location. Also that location has much friendlier customer service.

My experience at this home depot is usually satisfactory. The employees here usually entertain my ridiculous questions which is a big + in my book. I give it 4/5 because it would be nice if they sold more products manufactured in the USA.

kinda hard to get a hold of a person there but when you do, they know where to find everything and will give some advice to how to finish your project without coming back to the store 50 times like it happened to me in florida lol

One person working at customer service. Nobody working at the curtain/rug area. Waited for 10 minutes, nobody answered the call for assistance. Service is better during day time hours.
