Terrible experience! They "sold" us a promise that they have the tile "in stock", in reality it took 29 days to get my tile that was promised in 1-2 weeks! ok whatever, after finished i had and extra box. When taken back to see about a return they (Bozeman Manager) in forms me in a unfriendly and non customer service manner that my whole order was a "special order" and cant be refunded. I ask him," your salesman said it was "in stock" about 10 times! ZERO professional company representation!!! They did not want to talk to me about their dishonest and borderline illegal "Bait and Switch" sales tactics. Truth is the dont stock anything, they are simply a dishonest middle man outfit.

This was a nightmare. Ordered floor, cabinets and counter for our new kitchen. Was told that all of our kitchen had been ordered. Called a few weeks later to confirm when out counter would be here and turns out they hadnt ever even ordered it. So we get that "re-ordered" and our cabinets came. Looked good but the man who had came to measure the dimensions had all of them wrong. So everything had to be re-ordered again and the counter for the second time because of the wrong initial measurements. We are delayed moving in over a month and a half solely because of this place. Please dont bring your business here you will probably regret it

The saleswoman Maria Holiday is a liar. She will say anything for the sale and then later on, call you the liar. 4 stars though, because everyone else there was fantastic! Very high quality work. I am honestly impressed with how great it turned out.
