We reached out to this Rise Above by referral, and they came out to our home, measured, and spent a lot of time understanding our needs, which are all rather basic: media wall, small guest bath remodel, and tile flooring. We kept getting promises of "well gt back to you in a few days" over and over, and then after a month, Colton claims, "I am in NY till next Tuesday. I was getting double checked on what I want to put together for your wall... as soon as I get my double check approx, I will let you know.". Another week goes by w/ nothing, then Colton promised that they "will shoot you the numbers by Friday". Fri came and went, and after another week, Colton emails,"... we are going to pass on your home project. A lot of the changes you are asking for are just not our specialty..." What??! They said onsite in our home that this is exactly what they specialize in, and it is all very basic. Update: Spoke w/ Bret who noted there may have been "an attitude issue" (Coltons??) and would personally come out to our home to review, and confirm "who is blowing smoke". That was days ago, and Bret has failed to contact us as he promised. Were very frustrated ...Rise Above wasted a lot of our time, and now we have to start all over. Dont waste your time w/ Rise Above.

Our project was taking out our garden tub and shower in our master bath and putting in a walk in shower. It ended up taking a week longer than expected because of our glass installation, but the end result was fantastic. Marjeanne and Skylar oversaw the entire installation, making sure that things were done correctly. The crews that were hired on: tilers, plumbers, and glass installers were all professional. Everyone cleaned up their areas to the point that you couldnt tell that they were there. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom or kitchen because they do excellent work.

During my home remodeling it was a very pleasant surprise to work with Rise Above and Bret Buckner who remodeled my master bath. The process was relatively easy and they showed up on time! Their bid was very competitive (I obtained four), they did quality work, and they always seemed happy and helpful. The final result is spectacular.
