We went to this Home Depot and purchased all new appliances for our entire house. Washer & Dryer, Refrigerator, Stove/Oven Range, Microwave Oven, & Dishwasher. We thought that we were getting a decent deal. The employee helping us showed us the list of appliance that we were purchasing and what the total would be (several THOUSAND dollars). We were also told installation fees would be waived due to the magnitude of our purchase. When delivery day came, they only had part of the order and said the rest would be delivered the following day. On the following day, the remaining appliances arrived, except the dishwasher. We were then told that we never purchased one by Home Depot delivery guys and their customer service people. It turns out they snuck in a lot of extra charges with brought the total purchase price up significantly, and even though the sales person said it was included in the purchase, it was not. Based on the total price, we didnt catch it because of all of the hidden fees. We still dont have a dishwasher and customer service has not been helpful. Oh, and the install job on the appliances that did arrive was shoddy. Fridge water dispenser leaks, etc. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HOME DEPOT. Hidden fees, poor installation, and poor customer service is a bad combination. Especially for a customer that just spent SO MUCH money in their store. Unbelievable.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing out appliances here on Black Friday. Was told by employee that we could bump out delivery (more than once) if necessary, which was extremely appealing while building a house and dealing with delays. I tried to call the store several times and continued to be disconnected while they tried to transfer me to different departments. I finally called the 1-800 number. Ive been on the phone with them for almost an hour only to learn that I CANNOT move out the date of delivery. It can only extend 75 days from the purchase date. Im now on the phone with the manufacturer who is giving me the same story. Im sure well be happy with our purchase in the long run, but right now Im extremely anxious about having them delivered to our current home and then having to move them ourselves to our new build and do the installation ourselves. Not what we signed up for.

More good than bad ... It took as long for someone to answer the phone as it did for my husband to drive to the store (about 15 minutes). BUT, once I got someone in plumbing, he was very helpful. Their selection in kitchen and bath design is great BUT the lady working there couldnt be less interested in helping and sent me to a cheap wall of vanities rather than help me find the very nice one for which I was looking. She then appeared irritated and uninterested as I searched on my own. So good service from the plumbing guys (on more than one occasion), good selection and choices, slow phone help and semi-rude kitchen/bath design lady. Overall, Ill still go there but I think Ill address the next less-than-helpful encounter with management right on the spot. That is usually my preference. I also think Ill find a manager to compliment someone helpful next time, too.

Looking to buy impact screw driver. No one there to help or answer questions. The ONE person that was there in that section passed me twice without saying so much as hello or asking if he could help. When I finally got his attention to ask where the batteries for some of the tools were he answered "over there" and then walked away. I flagged down someone else to help and it was obvious he had no interest in helping me either. When I asked if he could help me he pointed to some other guy and said to ask them. At this point I had enough of their horrid customer service and decided to leave and go somewhere else. As I walked by the self check cashier leaning on her register not doing anything I didnt get so much as a "thanks for coming" or "have a nice day". Not a word. Worst customer service ever and Im sure they dont care.

I bought a brand new washer and dryer but after a week my washer is making some noise , they send somebody to fix it but after a couple of days later my washer is a having errors again, so i decided to return the item or exchange it but this home depot said I have only 48hrs to return appliances which is a rip off, how is someone suppose to know in 48 hrs that they have problems with their appliances by the time, also they didnt point out to me that I only had 48 hrs to return/exchange my item, all they did is give me a paper and told me to sign with no explanation.

This location is ok, layout can be a bit confusing (light bulbs located in multiple spots in the store) and staffing at checkout has been somewhat trying (cashiers seem not interested in checking you out and just want to send you to self checkout, not considering that there are times when self checkout is not the best option (pricing/discounts etc). I have had some cashiers hassle me on a corporate discount I have with them, which just motivates me to go across the street to Lowes where I also get a discount and no hassle.

Visited Home Depot after having a horrible customer service experience at the Lowes up the road. I walked right in, found an employee who helped me select a floodlight bulb, paid and walked out in 5 minutes. The employee (I forgot his name) was very helpful and suggested a better bulb that was significantly less expensive compared to the one I was considering at Lowes. This will be my first stop from now on.

Went in yesterday to purchase a lamppost and there wasnt a selection to choose from. Only one type available and none of the employees knew how to answer any of my questions. The store wasnt organized, we had to look around for items pertaining to lighting in different isles and they didnt carry what we needed. I left the lamppost in the cart and walked away. Bought it cheaper and way nicer at Lowes.

What a nice surprise to walk into this Home Depot to find VERY HELPFUL customer service. We needed three items in different sections of the store and in each section a sales associate went out of their way to ask if we needed help and actually walked us to the items we needed and helped us select the products too. We will be returning. Thank you Home Depot!

The Veterans discount policy at Home Depot is 10% ONLY up to $50. Lowes is 10% for the FULL AMOUNT OF PURCHASE. I am now ONLY a Lowes customer until they revise their policy AND do something spectacuar for Veterans AND publicly apoligize. By the way... I am not a veteran or military personel ... I am a supporter of our military heros.

Every single time I go to this store their saw is "down". 2 years Ive been in this area, I prefer home depot but for 2 years everyone I go here its mysteriously down. This is either the worse manages home depot in the city or their employees are lazy liars. I have to go to lowes for plywood everytime.

Went there to pick up some wood for a project I was working on at the time. They were all helpful and kind to me and to top it off the stuff was cheaper than I had expected! Id recommend checkin this one out if ya live close by to it. Good store and good people.
