I shop at this Home Depot a lot. Im in there a few times a week at least. I actually drive a mile further to go to this location rather than the 67th and Bell location. Ill go back to this location to shop, I just had a situation that was pretty unacceptable: I rented their "Load and Go" truck to take home 2,800 pounds of concrete block that I purchased. 90 blocks come on a pallet, I purchased 68, so remove 22 blocks and just load the pallet on the truck right? The manager at the time, JEFF, didnt think that this was a good idea and he had me and 1 lot attendant move 2,800 pounds of concrete block by HAND, and guess what? I didnt bring any gloves. So now, JEFF, youre making me waste my time and energy on moving blocks by hand when there was a much better way to do this, which you declined. How exactly did you become manager, because your ideas are horrible and I hope you get demoted. See you at the store. Otherwise this store is great. If JEFF ever gets fired Ill raise it to 5 stars.

This home depot is not helpful at all. Most of the employees hide when they see someone looking for help. I went to check out and saw that the only check stands open were the self check out. When checking out I asked the register for $20 cash back. I walked out forgetting to grab my cash. When I went back inside nobody was at my self check out station except the employee, when I asked if she had seen my $20 she replied NO. I blame home depot for this mistake, due to not having an employee at a register. It was 10:30 in the morning with no reason not to have an employee working a register. Also the employees were very rude. If possible do not shop at this home depot.

The guy working in the garage door area needs to learn how to admit when he doesnt know something. Its OK to tell me you dont know, but dont give me the incorrect instructions. He didnt even know where to find the wall remote for a garage door. To the lady upfront that waved her hands wildly in a direction to show me which way was out, instead of just speaking to me like a normal human being, this is why you will always be a cashier and never anything more. Maybe now that minimum-wage is going up you can start hiring some real talent

I recently shopped at the Home Depot on 59th Avenue and the 101 freeway in Phoenix not being from this area I was unfamiliar with the store a store employee named Linda helps me fill my cart from many different Isles getting all the components I need to redo an irrigation system I am very thankful to her and also to the the Checker name Harold who check the prices on some of the products I bought and found out they were cheaper than I thought... thanks Home Depot great job

We set out today on a very specific project building square foot raised beds. We were depending on being able to have the wood cut for us. The first employee my husband approach said he couldnt cut the wood because the machine was down. Then came Vic to the rescue!! Vic said I can use this machine over here to cut all your wood. Vics help was over the top!!! My husband has asked me no less than 5 times to writethis review because he was so impressed with Vic!!!!

Had the greatest experience at home depot today, we went on a tour this afternoon, our tour guide was Mycheal. He was so amazing hes so kind, and helpful he answered all of our questions introduced us to the staff.he was very genuine.I work with special needs adults and he made such a positive impact on them, great roll model, compassionate. I used to work and shop here. Great work environment, great customer service, and great people, except the manager Frank. After being fired, I was escorted out of the building, I had some intended shopping to do before I left work. But I was denied like it was a privilege to shop there. So I left and when to The Home Depot on 67th ave for my shopping.

This is our favorite home depot. Great customer service and easy to shop. They almost always have what we are looking for and if they dont have it, they find it for us. We like their garden center. We used their tool rental and were very happy. Theyve helped us load when we bought plywood. There are two others nearby, but we always use this one.
