Kind of difficult to find this location, but easy to navigate once inside. UPDATE: I had to go find parts for my mower, but wasnt familiar with this particular location. So I went to the service desk to ask for some help. The employee running the desk was talking with a coworker about an issue that arose with a customer. Now normally when I walk to a service desk and coworkers are chatting, theyll immediately stop and ask how they can help me. Not the case this time. This employee running the service desk continued to explain to his coworker how the customer was out of line to call the corporate office and make a complaint; that he had done nothing wrong, etc. I was standing directly in front of this employee for an entire minute while I listened to home rant to his coworker about this other customer. It wasnt until the coworker told him to stop talking about it and help me that this service desk employee even acknowledged me. He was polite when he offered to send someone over to help me out, but the person he sent knew about as much about mowers as I know about space travel. This was a really frustrating experience and I sincerely hope that something is done to help the employees understand that if the customer isnt satisfied, they dont buy the products. And if theyre not buying products, theres no money to keep the employees staffed. Anyways, Home Depot. PM me if you want more details. I left a lot out because I dont want to be a jerk and throw people under the bus.

Spend over $2,000 on appliances and have them scheduled to be delivered. It all went downhill from there. Their system is suppose to email you the night before delivery with a time window. That did not happen. Had to call, which was painful, and was given a 9am-1:00pm window. Ok, whatever. Finally got a call at 1:14pm saying they were on their way. Really? Hold us hostage for multiple hours and then call us late saying your on your way? Very unprofessional. We told them to take it back to the warehouse, we have lives and things to do. My wife talked to a rep from the store who was very sorry but never got a call or email from a manager. Finally got rescheduled with no extra care or managers handling. Still waiting for delivery. I dont have a good feeling about things to come. Horrible experience. The 1 star is because you cant pick 0.

This Home Depot is the worst Home Depot Ive ever been too. Im not someone to write reviews but we have been treated so poorly and no one helped us. Never ever go to this Home Depot if your going to get cabinets or carpet! We asked so many different people to help us and no one had answers. Joni in the cabinet department is the LEAST helpful person I have ever met. She rejected helping us with getting our cabniets set up because she was too busy. Save yourself a headache and do not go here!!

Ive never had a bad experience at this store. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. On my most recent visit I ordered something that was shipped to the store. I was running late that day and got there 10 minutes before closing. Christina at customer service was so nice and when I apologized for getting there so late, she told me not to be sorry, because that was she was there for. It was a great experience! I will definitely continue shopping at this location!

Dont order any appliance for install from Home Depot. Dont do it! They contract out to Baileys Logistics who will reschedule and postpone then get to your house and claim they cant install. Theyll go to breakfast instead, and give you a number to call to reschedule that doesnt have a live person. You wait for 20 minutes on the phone for your call to be answered and nothing. Im returning a perfectly good $500 dishwasher because they cant have it installed for me.

This store is amazing, every time I go in there I get treated like a king, even if Im buying a pack of $2 screws. Theyre refunds and exchanges are made so easily (Thank you Breanna). I love how they keep your purchase on the computer with your credit card in case you lose your receipt. And they always have exactly what I need including Makita tools. Thank you for being so much better than Lowes down the street.

Lacking Customer Service Passed 10 workers, all standing around, looking "busy" with no customer in sight. Was in there for 30 minutes. No one offered assistance, no one looked at me. Had a worker in the middle of the aisle, examining a product. Isaid "excuse me". He did not move and I squeezed on by after 10 seconds. No acknowledgement whatsoever. I bought what I had to and left. Wont be back.

We had them make and put our blinds in. I have had nothing but problems with them. They are never around when I have a question or when I need help and it has taken them 4 months to get our blinds in and fitted correctly. Fortunately this is the only Home Depot I have had these issues with. They wouldnt even offer to help me carry a heavy lawn mower in a box when I bought one this summer.

This is your standard Home Supply Store Experience. Prices are competitive, with the other guys down the block, sometime substantially better. Big plus here is that when you can find someone with an apron, (store employee) they are very helpful and will always walk you to the item you are looking for. Have been shopping here for years and will be coming back for years to come.

The staff here is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Ive come here with pictures of problems with in my house, and they have never failed to come up with a solution and explain it to me in a way that I can go back home and fix it myself. It always works.

The Depot isnt bad, but it isnt that great either. Their lumber is so adorable, but also cheap in quality. Im referring to dimensional good, like plywood acts 2 x 4a. Any other furniture grade lumber is not really priced that well.

The Home Depot is closer to my house than Lowes; thats the biggest reason I go there. Ive been satisfied with all my interactions there. They are willing to return product as needed and mostly have everything Im looking for.

When they arent loosing my personal information to hackers it can be a good place to shop. Avoid inspection days, having all the employees standing at the front door with fake smiles and offering help a bit creepy.

Home Depot always gives you a very hard time trying to use the military discounts. Thats why i go to Lowes anymore. Never a problem there at Lowes.
