TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!!! I dont usually do reviews but I felt that my experience needed to be shared. I re-ordered contacts from them over the phone and told them I was on my last pair of contacts and to let me know as soon as they got them in. I called 6 weeks later only to find that DESPITE BEING CHARGED for the contacts they never finished the ordering process. I have a very high prescription and so they didnt have trials of my prescription on hand. The woman I spoke to said they would rush order me a couple months extra contacts for me to use free of charge because of their mistake. She said I could expect them in within a the week. I called a week later and the person I spoke to said they werent in yet. I asked her when she thought they would come in and she told me a few days later (I found out later after finally talking to the manager that each time I called these people were just RANDOMLY MAKING UP DATES). The story goes on much more beyond this but at the end of it I never received any discount, apology, or the extra contacts I was promised despite this being 100% their error and a huge inconvenience to me. I will definitely be taking my business else where!

I typically go to Arcadia Eyecare near my house to purchase eyeglasses for me and my family but I figured Id give Valley Eyecare Center a try since it is fairly close too. The large "smile you are on camera" sign out front didnt bother me, but when I asked to look at frames the front desk said they needed to make a photo copy of my drivers license, which I allowed them to do. She also wanted to make a copy of my insurance card just so I could look at frames! It left a bad taste in my mouth. Then a sales girl dressed in scrubs kept asking me if I needed help, thats when I decided to leave, less than five minutes after arriving. When I asked the same girl who photocopied my license for her to return the copy to me she couldnt find it! Im supposed to trust this business with my personal information and they dont trust me to look at frames? Thankfully she found the copy and I went back to Arcadia.

The customer representative who answered me on the phone (her name is Alice) but I meant to made the appointment on July 26 3:15 but was made on July 27. I requested to change it to July 26 but the earliest they could change to was August 10. I was ambiguous of what to do and then I told her to keep the appointment just as is but she got mad at me out of no where. I believe I wouldnt feel comfortable getting service here with such a rude representative. I mean I can tell she was having a bad Day and she sounded like she wanted to go home but she cant just get mad at a customer. Its roughly $300 loss for you guys but Im sure you guys are always busy with appointments and no room for new customers who wants a genuine service.

Awesome service! I drive from Gilbert to their office and it is worth every mile. Dr. Clyde introduced me to contacts and worked with me until we found the right ones. I was able to take home several trial samples before I made the commitment in purchasing them. Seeing the world through contacts instead of glasses has been life-changing and Dr Clyde helped me achieve that. The front desk staff was so helpful when it came to figuring out my insurance benefits and the best way to use what my benefits offered me. I would highly recommend Valley eye care to anyone who has not quite received the complete service they expect; because here, you will definately be pleased.

My experience at Valley Eyecare Center was wonderful. I have just recently moved to Phoenix and was very hesitant about going to a new doctor but it was time for my eye exam so I just bit the bullet and went with one who is close to me and who had good reviews. I am so glad I did. From the time I walked in the door until I walked out I was treated like a very valued patient. My wait time was next to nothing and the doctor was very through and explained everything in detail. I left with a very good feeling and will return when I need eye care. I highly recommend Valley Eyecare Center to anyone who needs good eye care.

Ive been using Valley Eye Care of Arizona for three years now and have been to both facilities. The staff have always been friendly and efficient. Its obvious that they respect my time and I really appreciate that. Ive seen two different eye doctors and they have both been courteous and friendly as well as knowledgeable about my eye condition. Theyve taken the time to provide me with various solutions and I feel empowered knowing the options for treating my eye condition. I would definitely recommend them!

This was the first time I tried a real eyecare center instead of the mall or costco. I couldnt believe the difference! Dr. Clyde actually took time to understand my frustrations, that every time I have my prescription updated it still doesnt seem right and other doctors say Im whining and it wont ever get better. I walked away with by far the closest to true prescription Ive ever had. I used to have to concentrate to see well enough to read, and now its effortless. Id recommend Valley Eyecare to anyone.

I have been going to Valley Eyecare Center for 5 years now, and I keep going back because their service is incredible. The exams are thorough, they are friendly and helpful, they tackle tough eye problems and think outside the box to solve them. I have seen Dr. Lindsey Clyde and Dr. Eric Clyde, and both have given me excellent personal attention. The staff is knowledgeable, and there is not a high turnover, so that tells me they are happy working there. I refer everyone I know to this office.

I cant say enough about this wonderful doctor and her friendly professional staff. Dr. Lindsey Clyde is personable, down to earth and willing to educate her patients about their diagnosis and treatment. She explained everything to me and I never felt rushed or slighted in any way by the dr or her staff. What a breath of fresh air to find an office where everyone is there for the patients and it shows!

Everyone from the initial check-in ladies to the doctor and assistants are very helpful, patient and dont rush you through the process. They explain and give you all your options. Plus they have price options for high-end pricey stuff as well as the very affordable cheaper, but still nice looking options.

Ive never felt the need to write a negative review; however, I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude. I myself work as a receptionist, so I spoke to her in an extremely friendly manner, as I would prefer someone speak to me. This was not reciprocated. Very uncalled for.
