Ill never go back. These are not medical professionals. The only thing that matters in this office is how much they can charge you. I went in to have my pink eye looked at and they gave me a vision exam, I didnt want a eye exam my eyes are full of pus and watering. All I needed was a refill on a previous prescription. I got the exam and went to the pharmacy. The medication that was prescribed is do expensive its a special order. There are so many other medications that do the exact same thing but the pharmaceutical kick back would be less. So lets prescribe a medication that the patients cant afford so I get my kickback. So when I discovered it was not available the pharmacy called the "Dr" but he had left and no one offered to try and call him. So I went back to the office and got there a few minutes after closing. One of the employees answered the door and I explained what was going on and asked if he would call the "Dr" he said "wait" and shut the door. Well it was 106° out side and he left me standing in the sun do I went to my car put my groceries away and drove back to the office. Maybe 5 minutes. Well they were gone and the "Dr" never did call in a Rx for my pink eye. I have suffered through the weekend with this goo seeping out of my eyes now its Monday and I hope I can get the RX. Thanks for nothing. I just called and asked if they would change the Rx the girl let me know that she will get to it when she can I asked please to do it immediately because I was suffering all weekend. She said I should have went to the ER. This is not a medical emergency. How bad must a Dr be that his staff yell the patients to go to the ER after seeing their "Dr". This is the type of care these sales people give. There was no sense of compassion, just a tone of annoyance like how dare I ask for help. Oh and the clueless salesperson asked if I had a fax to send it to, I asked dont you have walmarts fax number, which is next door, she asked you mean the one next door ? I said it was and in a tone of a annoyed person said NO! I think my mistake was asking her to get the number. This place has no bedside manner, compassion but the do have terrible customer service.

I saw the reviews and felt compelled to leave a review even though I dont typically do so. I worked with Seth the second time I came in and had an amazing experience. I had been in before and had a good experience that time as well, but I did prefer working with Seth. He explained my options to me and let me choose what I wanted where the first time I was more or less told what I was going to get. I was not asked any questions and was just told how much it would cost. I waited to come back with my girlfriend to help me choose my glasses and that is when I worked with Seth. He was helpful, funny, attentive, and was able to help others in the mix. I liked the doctor I worked with better than my prior and have always had great customer service when I call or am in store. I would highly recomend this location and Seth particularly!

Worst experience ever. I scheduled a "appointment" for Sat. morning at 7:45 am 1 week prior drove half hour only to show up exactly 6-7mn late and have the assistant manager tell me Im 10mn late and that the filled in my spot. Did absolutely nothing for me or even attempted ask if i would like to reschedule. Horrible service and honestly just wrong. If you decide to schedule please make sure you tell them you may be 5 mn late and not to give away your "appointment". Will never recommend this place 0 stars should be an option.

These people are extremely rude and I felt uncomfortable in there, make you feel like they are too important for you. I contacted their customer service at the corporate office in Chandler and they are the same way. I would highly recommend that you stay away from this place AND THIS COMPANY because of their lack of customer service and their high prices!

DONT Ever go to this place. The WORST service ever. They will claim a lot of things to make you buy the stuff and then they ignore you like you are some ****. The most PATHETIC of PATHETIC shops i have ever been in my life.
