This office is nothing but crooks and thieves. My wife and I have both been seen there now and they did the same thing to us both times. They will want to do all of these "extra tests" during your exam, they range in price from $30, to $75! and, of course, they usually arent covered by your insurance. I spent about $115 for contacts there, and that was just an office visit and exams! Then when it came time to actually order the contacts they wanted to charge me more than double what the going rate was! They wanted $220 for a 6 month supply that I could get just about everywhere else for $110. When my wife went to order glasses they performed "extra exams" and wanted her to go on some type of pill that cost $65/month to "reduce headaches from light exposure". When she went to pick out her frames all of the expensive frames were on the racks and the "less expensive" models were hidden away in the back, out of sight, making you think that they dont have anything cheaper. Then, the sales lady kept trying to talk us into getting an "anti-glare" coating (another $35), and told us "Why even bother getting the glasses if you dont get this? The prescription is so mild..." Excuse me?! You get glasses so that you can see better. My wifes vision is not the greatest and I know how much she needs the glasses. Mild prescription or not, she cant see well without them. Save your time and your money and go somewhere else!

This was, by far, the best visit Ive had to any kind of doctor. Brooke, the assistant who met me in the front office and walked me through all of the preliminary stuff, was beyond nice and very helpful. Dr. Amin was very personable and made sure the entire experience was friendly and comfortable. There was no pressure from anyone to upgrade my purchase, or sell me on extra items. Dr. Amin sat with me and discussed what would be best based on my situation. The result was not the more expensive option. It cost just a little more than some other places, but you get what you pay for. I would recommend this place to everyone, family or adult.

Dr Amin has without question been the best eye doctor. She is knowledgable and communicates well. The staff is very friendly and professional. I noticed somebody posted a negative comment about extra tests not being covered by insurance. From my experience, there were optional tests offered too - but the the staff was very up-front and proactive about explaining what information the tests will provide, costs, and insurance implications. The choice was mine. It was nice to have a choice! Overall, you will not be disappointed. The quality and service of the doctors and staff is outstanding. Highly Recommend!

I had the absolute best experience here. Dr Hardy was knowledgeable funny and witty. She is great with her patients and is truly passionate about what she does. The lady who helped me pick my glasses was charming and funny and honest. She told me "no I dont like that pair" several times. She made sure I left with a great pair of glasses that loved my face as much as i loved them. I had to put a lot of trust in her, as my eyes were dilated. I have a great pair of glasses and Im extremely satisfied. Thank you for a great experience from start to finish!

As far as the appearance of the office it is somewhat dated and old looking but the Drs and staff are great. The Dr. has been patient and willing to work with me on an "out of the blue" issue I am having with my left eye not being comfortable with a contact in. Their prices are comprable to other offices but the time they take with you and the accuracy of their prescriptions is what sets them apart for me. They have earned my wife and I as loyal patients.

Thieves! They are always trying to pressure a sale even if glasses are not necessary. Very expensive. Always adding tests that are out of pocket and unnecessary. My last visit I paid my co-pay with cash and stupidly didn’t get a receipt. I then got a bill in the mail and when I called about it I was told “they balanced on the day of my visit.” They stole my money and I had to pay my co-pay for the second time! Never going there again.

I have been here twice to see Dr Hardy! She is FANTASTIC! Excellent communication, explains everything to you and this place has all the bells and whistles! Highly recommended to anyone. This place is clean, they have a great selection of frames and the staff is friendly and I have never waited for my appt. They actually saw me early and gave me a sticker!

I have been seen twice by doctors at this office and I also bring my daughters to them. I have always been treated very professionally by the doctor and staff. I felt that they were very thorough, which I appreciated. Both of my parents suffer from different eye diseases and I know that the doctors here would detect anything early on.

Although the service was outstanding if you go for any type of vision therapy make sure your insurance company will cover the cost. The office staff assured us it would be taken care of. Nope. Stuck with a big bill. Seems shady and dishonest to me. Since I was told it would be covered.
