I stopped in at this shop because I was experiencing problems with the frames for my glasses. I explained to the man behind the counter what was happening, and he told me to have a seat and he would see what he could do. I wasnt there 5 minutes when he came back and told me that he had found the problem and had repaired it. My glasses were like brand new!! And when I asked him what I owed him, he said "No Charge. Glad I could help out". I couldnt believe it! This man had just provided a very necessary repair for my glasses, which I cannot live without, and refused to accept payment for his services! I am now a loyal patron of All American Eyeglass Repair, for LIFE! Who would think that in this day and age that you could find someone to do QUALITY repair and service, and do it for free, out of the kindness of their heart!! This man deserves many blessings for his kindness and I will recommend him to EVERYBODY I meet from this day forward! Thank-you American Eyeglass Repair!!

Today was my first time to us All American Eyeglass repair. I was very impressed and will tell my friends who wear glasses to use Mike. I went in with a pair of glasses that I had been told needed replace. Because I was not able to find a replacement that I liked, I tried All American Eyeglass Repair. Mike told me it would be about 1 hour and the cost. I agreed and said I would be back before closing. Mike called me and said after looking at them they only needed the screws tightening and there would be no charge. I was so impressed for he could of charged me for the repair and I would not of known the difference. Thank you again Mike for your honesty.

I used the mail-in service to get my eyeglasses repaired. At first, I was hesitant to send in my favorite pair of glasses but there was no need to be. Mike at the Phoenix location did an excellent job! He created a replacement part when one didnt exist. And the turnaround time was about a 7 business days from when I sent it in to when I received it again in the mail via ups ground (most of the time allotted to shipping). I highly recommend the mail-in service of All American Eyeglass repair.

I have had my sons glasses repaired here more times than I can count over the last 3 years. The repairs have held long past the warrenty period. The price has been very reasonable and I will keep coming back. They have even repaired a pair that was stepped on at the school playground. Kids+Glasses=Repairs Take them somewhere that will do it at a fair price and a experienced touch. Hope you never need the service but if you do give them a try and keep a great shop in business.

After reading some of the other locations reviews, I was hesitant to come here. However, Mike not only fixed my very broken glasses in record time at the reasonable price he quoted, it was a very pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend using Mike and this shop for all your needs. His 14 years with the company speaks for itself!

Anyone who wears glasses knows that horrible feeling when you break them. I found this store online and called and talked to Mike. He told me to bring them in and he would have them fixed in an hour. Took it to a mobile repair guy he didnt know what he was doing... So I took them over to Mike and he was able to do a great job with quick turn around with a great price. I am a very satisfied customer and will return with any future needs.

Not only was he able to reattach the arm to my glasses which had been ripped off, my glasses fit a lot more secure to my face. I dont have to constantly push them up. Fast service too!
