Called to verify the appt, person said yes it is today from 6-7 two people. We showed up, waited for 20 minutes no one came and asked us what we needed, finally someone walked over and said no the appts were for the next day. HMMMM seems the person telling us was the person I just spoke with on the phone. I informed her that I spoke with her personally. She just gave a blank deer in the headlights and stated well the doctor is gone today but you can come back tomorrow. Oh ok, not and no follow up phone call. I can tell they really give a crap about your business. Go somewhere else if you want customer service.

I had heard that this guy was good. We waited 3 months to get in to see him for annual eye reviews. He was definately worth the wait!! He was helpful and informative and answered all of my questions. Best eye dr. in Helena!!
