I have gone to this Lenscrafters for several years. They are always helpful and friendly, even when busy. Ive had to bring in my glasses a couple of times for adjustments, and for purchasing new frames and lenses. Each time I came in, they took the time to make sure I was satisified with my eyewear. I have purchased prescription sunglasses from them as well, which can be a tricky process because of my prescription and the styles I like, however the new computer technology they use makes it easier to get the adjustments correct. The associates here are patient and let me take my time trying on different frames until I found one I liked. It is true they have a more limited selection than other eyewear stores, but most of the frames and lenses are high quality so can be expensive. However they often offer 50 percent off lenses when buying frames deals, which usually you can get a nice frame at an affordable price and save a lot of money on the lenses. Plus other discount coupons they offer throughout the year.

I took my boyfriend here for his first eye exam. We were 20minutes late and they didnt twitch an eye. There was no line and no wait on a Friday evening. While he was in the back I searched their selection and saw a couple decent pair. Not a huge selection but its also a small location. At least 3 women in the store either offered help or just made conversation. Which was pleasant. Amy was very helpful with me as I "window shopped" and compared almost every pair in the store. My boyfriend was happy he even ended up buying his first pair of glasses ever.

I had the best service I couldve asked for. Immediately when walking through the door I was asked if I needed help, was given an eye exam by the best doctor (Dr. Streff) Ive had since I was little! After my exam I was helped through the whole process, by Carol & Diane, what lenses looked best, price range, which lenses were best fit, and a protection plan. I am beyond grateful for the help and new glasses I have. I am 100% satisfied and will return. Thank you to the lens crafter DeAndre!

Every pair of glasses I get here are even better than the last! I recently broke my glasses in half and came in with them and because of the great advice from my previous visit I got the pair replaced with even better frames at a minimal cost and bought a pair of sunglasses as well! Great quality doctors and lab techs. I love this store and sales STAFF is great!

If we didnt need the glasses right away I wouldnt of come here. Disappointed again. I originally gave them two stars but since they wrote a number down wrong and they close in 10 minutes and we wont make it there to get our glasses they get one star. Very bad service LensCrafters.

Ive been buying glasses for the last 12 years never had an issue til now service is horrible no-one was in the store somehow it took forever then for some reason my glasses had to be ordered 3 times big mistake choosing this store

Had appointment for eye exam at 1220... after 50 mins of waiting I walked out.. poor selection... cheapest frames I found were over $200 all display glasses were dirty and smudged ... DONT GO!
