Got ripped off here. Paid over a grand for glasses and frames 2 yrs ago. A few weeks ago started seeing scratches on coating (this has never happened despite wearing glasses since 2nd grade). Unhelpful mgr said it would cost $378 to remedy. Wow, u can get new set of lens/frames at another store for less than that. BTW, be sure to read Consumer Reports story on how Luxotica (their corporate owner) is choking the optical mkt. They control 80% of retail and production! The frames you buy at Ilori are made at same plants as discount optical shops! Its YOUR money, your choice.
