I have been a customer of Lesco Optical for a few years. Even though they are not located near my home, the extra-ordinary savings is worth the drive. I know this may be hard to believe, but ALL their frames *with* single vision plastic lenses are $29. Which is all I need. Plus, I get polarized sunglasses (any frame I want) with scratch coating and UV protection for $99. But are the scripts good? According to my ophthalmologist at Mayo Clinic who checked the prescription from Lesco, the lenses were perfect. Plus here is a little secret: there are only a couple of labs that make all the lenses for all the optical companies in town. So pretty much everyone has the same lenses. Whats the catch? Well, they have bit smaller selection than the bigger chains, but it is a good selection. A couple of years ago someone who worked there told me that they basically buy their frames in odd lots of discontinued styles. That means they dont have this years latest designer frames. But they do have designer frames from 2-3 years ago. We have been so impressed with Lesco that we have recommend them to our friends and family. They have all gone, and they all were likewise, very pleased. I have always received great service and the staff is friendly and patient. Skip the fancy showrooms, designer frame marketing (aka kickbacks), and poor service. Stop by and give them a try.

Renee is always excited to see what Ive found in Sunglasses and is such a delight to work with! Lesco is the best kept secret in the valley and I was SO lucky to have heard about them years ago by a word of mouth referral. I wear eyeglasses and sunglasses and think Ive saved probably 15k+ so far as I have lots of eyewear... an ever changing collection! When traveling for an extended period of time I had an eyewear place set lenses in a pair of sunglasses and they charged 369.00 for lenses alone. Lescos sunglass lenses - even the sunglasses stock they carry are amazing and quality always incredible. You can bring your existing frames to them both eyewear optical and sunglasses. I dont think in the fifteen years of using them theyve ever messed up on an order! Thats incredible. I love Lesco, love Mrs. Renee and am thankful for them being here in the Valley of the Sun to serve us Phoenicians and our much needed eyewear!

I have been buying my glasses from Lesco since I was 16 years old; Im now 34; their prices are unbeatable and the glasses are amazing with full lenses capabilities as the big brand services. I will never pay $400 for glasses again... always $129 for full transition lenses including the frames!!

What a great find! Super easy to work with and great products at a really affordable price. Bring in your own frames and you can get custom prescription sunglasses for under $100.
