Absolutely the worst experience of my life! I had ordered my frames and lenses here nearly three weeks ago, and they still are not in! I keep calling and calling...getting the same answer that they are short staffed and someone will call me right back!" No one returns calls here... Then when I come in to find out the status of my glasses, some abrasive russian lady name marena yells at me that if the office did not call yet to say they are not done, then they are not ready for pick up! I paid good money to get my prescription filled here and she is telling me to go home and wait by the phone!!!!!!! Furious! Some lab associate then comes out, who was wearing insane amounts of makeup, and tries to save her and lets me know that its an expedited order now! Like that helps! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

The doctor verbally abuses his employees, even part time folks, when they cant commit their entire life to this store. He has harassed employees, bullying them, showing his power and violating so many boundaries that should be between a doctor and his employees. This is not right, and this doctor should not be allowed to practice for a large company such as this. Its disgusting. As a patient, he was disrespectful and awful towards me as well, and didnt tell me that my insurance would not be covered at LensCrafters until after my two hour appointment, forcing me to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket.

The person who helped me pick out my glasses was thorough and helpful, but when I went to pick them up KC (initials) sat around chit-chatting with a different customer with no sense of urgency as I sat and waited. Finally, another representative finished with her customer and got me my glasses. It took all of 30 seconds. It would have been no imposition on KC to pause her chit chatting in order for her to get my glasses. This took place on my lunch hour when I didnt have extra time. Thanks.

I ordered my lens and frame..waited 10+ days. Finally was called to pick up and arrived at store only to wait 1 more hour to pick up because only one associate was working. Absolutely no convenience at this location. I wrote this while I am still waiting on ANYONE to help me. Truly a big disappointment. Consider any other location before coming to Fashion Square Lenscrafters. Absolute waste of time!

They never called when my glasses came in. They fixed my husbands nose piece only to have it fall off several days later. Took them back to have fixed AGAIN and apparently the girl that fixed the nose piece broke the screw hole and now WE have to pay someone else ( gave us a business card to go to them) and well have to pay them. REALLY!! Calling our eye doctor, enough is enough.

Absolutely the worst retail experience I have endured. Promises, promises, promises....after what should have taken an hour according to them, 3 and 1/2 weeks later, several trips to the store....NOTHING !!!! I finally demanded my glasses and payment back......

This is the worst store ever. After waiting 15 days longer than promised, because their error, the glasses finally came and they spent no time adjusting for face. I would never ever go back. Zero rating.

First , they dont deliver the orders on time. Second, they dont inform once the order is arrived. I have to go collect my glasses today. I will update my review once I get my glasses from them.
