So I was looking for a phenomenal group of people in a tattoo parlor. I came across the place because I shop at the Harley Davidson store next door to Top Rocker, and walked in and took a look at the artists, my gut screamed at me about one artist in the shop, Miss Bird. I looked at the portfolios in the shop, there were no names on any of the portfolios. I flipped through the artists and Julie Birds fit the idea of schemes and styles are what I had in mind. I asked whos portfolio it was and it turns it was Miss Birds. Turns out she is a newly licensed artist but she is beyond amazing. I showed her a picture of what Id like for a general idea, and said Id like you to sketch up something similar but have some fun with it. Boy, did she. I was blown away with the finished ink by her. There isnt any flash up in the shop, my impression I got was they like original work. The shop was clean, there wasnt any drama or bad attitude from any of the artists. It was all positive energy, and Julie told me (not a direct quote) “I wont do negative ink, because bad times in life are only temporary.” The whole vibe was positive. I watched a kid come in and get his first tattoo with his mother present, and the artist, Danny, took his mom back and started everything up and explained it to her while he did it and why sanitary practices are performed in the shop. I watched her go from very tense to extremely relaxed, she had not a drop of ink on her body. When a mother can come into a shop and watch her child get his first ink and be at ease speaks volumes about the shop as an entirety. Inside Phoenix area there is only one place I will be getting ink. Matter of fact this is the only shop I will be getting ink at.

I moved to the Peoria area almost a year ago and was in search of a new artist and tattoo shop ... I like to think of myself as a collector of great tattoos as 1/2 my body could be considered a skin canvas. I will never be done. I interviewed a few places before I settled on Top Rocker - and Ernie as my chosen artist. I did not know that he was the owner. I selected him based on his professional portfolio, his personality and his apparent passion to his trade. I have now had several pieces tattooed by Ernie and I really couldnt be happier. He has paid attention to my desires, my needs, my likes & dislikes and has created the kind of art that I am proud to display on my body. He has even spent extra time to create special drawings just for me. I will be a long time customer. The work he performs heals quickly and the finished result is equal to the price paid. I dont shop price ... I shop quality ... and this is what I get at Top Rocker Tattoo .... I highly recommend this shop. Thank You

Wow! Trying to get a refund of $300.00 overpaid to Top Rocker Tattoo. It has been a nightmare. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau - no response from Top Rocker. BBB informed me they were ILLEGALLY using the BBB logo, as they are not accredited members! If they are using that logo illegally, one has to wonder what other false claims may be in store? Perhaps those "OSHA certifications?" Who knows? It looks like they were a good place, some months or years ago. They must have gone downhill rather quickly. My advice to anyone thinking about using this place - DON"T! Find a reputable tattoo studio focused on customer service and producing quality artwork. Find where those good artists mentioned have gone, and go there! Top Rocker is not the place, unless you like getting ripped off and dealing with false claims. One star rating, because there is no zero and no minus 300, which is what they still owe me!

I moved from Philly PA to Peoria Arizona a year ago. I was looking for an experienced and creative tattoo artist that I could trust. Its not easy to find someone to ink your skin! But at Top Rocker Tattoos I found Cecilia. My first experience was beyond professional, the customer service was great! Cecilia made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The whole shops atmosphere is outstanding! Always clean and friendly. She is the only tattoo artist I will go to, and shes been working on me for the past year. I refuse to go anywhere else! And her skills are great! The way she blends colors and creates designs is perfect! Shes very down to earth, not to mention she has a degree in fine arts lol. The experiences Ive had at Top Rocker Tattoos were great every time! The price is right, and I never leave unhappy! Cecilia is by far the best tattoo artist Ive ever had, and im looking forward to going back again!

E X C E L L E N T !!!!!!!!! I have been getting tattooed by Ernie Serv1 Rojas for over 9 years.. And let me just say that every expierience that I have had has been nothing short of amazing. Great customer service. Clean environment, staff has always been helpful and has always treated me with respect. I felt comfortable that I had an ARTIST to help with my decision making and never felt pressured to do something I didnt want. Nothing but respect and understanding. Not to mention this shop is amazing, always clean and the vibe inside is awesome.. I STRONGLY recommend this shop to anyone looking to get top of the line work and even better all around service! These guys know how to handle their customers and I will be a loyal customer until I run out of room for ink. And even then I will recommend this shop to everyone I know.. I can only do 5 stars or I would put 100!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had Dany do two of my tattoos at Top Rocker and I am extremely happy with his work. He is very clean and shows you all the expiration dates on equipment that he will be using on you before removing them from their packages. Dany is a very professional person as well as easy to talk to. While talking to him, you immediately realize that he has a lot of knowledge about how to give you the best results, as well as being on top of all the new ways of tattooing. His main concern while working was making sure he gave me exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it. I plan to have more work done in the future, and will definitely be having Dany do it. I have also sent friends and family to Dany as well, and they have had nothing but success and awesome work done by him. I would highly recommend Dany to anyone that is looking to get their first tattoo, or add more!

Got a tattoo here by Aryan Rojas. It was an unconventional design and style, but I got exactly what I wanted. They dont lie about being a custom tattoo shop and being able to do any art style. IT was my first tattoo and in a sensitive spot, right leg just above the achilles. He handled it perfectly and is very light handed, so on top of great artwork, the experience overrall was above and beyond what Ive seen other artists do. Made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. Apart from the tattoo, Ive also gotten artwork from Mr. Groove. A small Eye of Sauron custom painting (mixed media/aerosol and acrylic on canvas) and a large framed galactic sunset (mixed media/aerosol and acrylic) custom painting, both signed and dated. Excellent one-of-a-kind pieces Im glad to have gotten my hands on.
