Visited Ace Tattoo today with my two adult daughters. Between the three of us, we had two tattoos done as well as two us of getting pierced. Having had previous piercings before, we had knowledge of what to expect. After getting really fast but patient, talented service, we realized that their work was far beyond what wed received elsewhere. Chuck kept us involved with creating our artwork, and Mandy was gentle and incredibly precise with her piercings. Ace Tattoo and Piercing has lots of jewelry options, anodizing jewelry before your eyes, getting you the exact color desired. Everything was clean, sterilized, and completely professional. As Mandy said, "We dont have customers. We have people whom become our friends." Thank you for the five-star service for myself and my daughters.

Ive gotten 2 of my tattoos done here. One under the old owner, and one under the new ownership. My ex-wife had all of her tattoos done by Chuck, and her ears stretched from day one by Mandy, Chuck and Mandy really know their crafts, and I would highly suggest either for your body modifications. Ive seen the work of a couple of their other artists, and I have to say that Im quite impressed. Lastly, all of their qualifications and training are hung up on the wall, and they take the safety of their clients seriously. While some re-use needles or use other unsavory practices, they do NOT. TLDR: This is a great, safe, studio that I would highly recommend from personal experience.

Love this place. I go here all the time, and will never go to another shop again for piercings. Cant say anything about the tattoosame, but the piercer are great. Chase and Mandy always do a wonderful job and the shop is very clean. Ive gotten my tongue, both my traguss and my nipples done and Mandy was great for all of them. Chase has changed out my jewery on occation and he was also fantastic. Theyreally prices are also amazing for the awesome work they do. Theyre really professional, but honest, and I really like that in a business. I feel like I can say how I feel and make friends there. I definitely recommend this shop for anyone getting a piercing on any part of their body.

Wanted to get a small tattoo done and started out walking into Platinum Ink. Decided to pass and walked into Ace and was immediately greeted and welcomed in. Mark was my artist and he is amazing. I explained to him my general idea and he worked with me to come up with the best design and size preference. He gave honest feedback and suggestions and together we came up with the best tattoo. Mark is friendly, patient and kind. He is light handed and does amazing work. Next time I am in the Phoenix area I will definitely come see him. This place was amazing. I took my 4 year old in to get her ears pierced. Mandy did so great with her, explained everything, and distracted her for a bit in between ears. Unfortunately my daughter half pulled one out a couple hours later wrestling with her brother. Mandy let us come back hours after they closed to fix it for her. While my daughter cried during the piercing, she was fine a minute later. Her ears are obviously not in pain. Im so glad we chose this over some place in the mall. Such a better experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful. The shop was clean, and made us feel comfortable, even bringing a 4 year old in.

I havent gotten my tattoo yet, but I wanted to write about my experience thus far anyways. Will update later when the work is done. The second I walked up to the shop, I felt welcome. The employees were all super friendly and the vibe in the shop was comfortable. Mandy helped me find the perfect artist for the tattoo I want and took the time to get all the details and book an appointment. She talked with me as if I was a friend of the family even though we had just met. Im so excited to get my tattoo done by Josh (his portfolio is amazing) and look forward to coming back for future tattoos as well.

The reviews on here are all very outdated. The shop is now run by the husband and wife duo of Mandy & Chuck. Ive gotten 8 piercings and a tattoo here. The atmosphere is awesome. They are both amazing people who are very professional and really good at what they do. Considering the amount of work I have had done there (my friends as well) I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get a tattoo or piercing.

I got my nipples pierced.this place is Very professional. They were friendly .before getting it done mandy explained very well what to expect during and after piercing.they are clean sterile place .they are perfectionists.i know i was in great hands and came and will be coming to do more piercings in the future possible tattoos .highly recommend others to come here. These guys are awesome in my opinion. I came in, waited maybe five minutes for someone to help me out. They took their time with no rush in helping me find the right type of font for my tattoo. The atmosphere & the vibe is chill. Myself I recommend going & seeing Ryan hes pretty dope. I like his style & hes social so its not boring sitting there on the chair plus hes the one that did my tattoo

I had my nose pierced by Chase. I am so happy with the total experience. He greeted me with a smile when I walked through the door, explained everything thoroughly, and did a fabulous job with my piercing. He took his time with the placement to get it just right. I was really nervous and I couldnt believe how quick and painless it was. My eyes didnt even water. I highly recommend him!

Walked in this afternoon to get a medusa piercing. Mandy, who we later found out owns the shop, was amazing! So helpful, honest, and patient. She completely walked us through our piercings (my friend got her septum). It was truly an amazing positive experience. The staff is so helpful and nice!! I dont normally leave reviews on anything but this place really deserved my five stars. I got my first ever body piercings here (two lip piercings done by Chase, who did an awesome job!) and it was a great first experience. They will listen and help with any concerns you have. Definitely go here. Cant wait to come back in a couple of weeks!

As already stated, they do good work...however, Customer Service, which I guess tattoo artist dont have lessons on, IS TERRIBLE! Have no clue how to communicate with customers at all! Go spend the same amount of money, MOST LIKELY LESS, at another shop!~ They WAY overprice and will fu@# you if you are new to tats...they take full advantage...SHOP AROUND FOR PRICING!

We went here to get a tattoo done for my husband. Looking at the jewels and knowing that they do piercings got my nose pierced on spot. Mandy was awesome and was very friendly explaining everything from how to take care of piercing and the tattoo. She did my piercing and it was quick and both me and my husband are completely satisfied with the overall experience.
