DO NOT GO HERE!!! EVER! Their piercing is ten dollars and I promise if you get what you pay for then it should have been free. I went with my friend for her to get her tongue pierced. She is nineteen but could pass for much younger. Either way nobody asked for her ID. They took us into the piercing room and the crappy service continues: 1. Did not sterilize jewelry, clamps, needle or anything. 2. Did not have her wash her mouth with mouthwash or even water with salt, nothing. 3. Did not wash their hands or wear gloves. 4. I had gotten my monroe done elsewhere and had just asked if they had any jewelry. They told me they would look to see what they had and the piercer asked me to lift my lip up so he could try to see the size when I already told him what size it is. I told him I did not want to because my hands were not clean. He then proceeded to place the monroe post that he was showing me, on the glass case of jewelry that everyone touches, and then with no heads up, puts his unwashed and ungloved hands in my mouth to look. I asked him for some mouthwash after. Ick. 5. He told me my seven week old piercing should be completely healed and talked smack about where I got mine. Sir, any piercer will tell you that it will take six to eight weeks for a monroe or labret piercing to heal, on average. Mind you I smoke so it will take longer. It has been seven weeks since I got it done. 6. With everything that was done to me, keep in mind, I was not a customer of a piercing, tattoo, or jewelry. I never signed anything or purchased anything to even consider placing their hands in my mouth. 7. They were talking smack about Inktown Tattoo in Surprise. I am not paid to sponsor them or advertise for them. I am a customer that had an amazing job done. They are clean, considerate, and fun to have doing your work. Not to mention, they stayed after hours to do my piercing without rushing or an attitude. They follow the rules and take pride in their work. And I am sorry, but it is pretty unprofessional to tell customers their beef with other shops. They apparently have problems with Inktown and wanted to tell us all about it. I get that the business is competitive but I dont need to here the personal business of a shop. 8. There was what looked like a ten year old girl walking around barefoot in the shop. 9. Everyone was walking around smoking INSIDE the shop. 10. I understand that it is a tattoo parlor and you dont have too many rules but I dont want to here about men performing oral sex inside the shop or Ni**a this and Ni**a that. What if I were african american? 11. They did not explain any aftercare too my friend besides not drink beer. 12. They did not tell her what size post or what type of metal she was pierced with. 13. All of their jewelry for piercing was in a bucket, together, in a drawer, with no lid. 14. Someone was in the back of the shop blow drying their hair. The experience was just terrible. If I had to recommend a shop to go to, Inktown in surprise/el mirage. I promise you that you will leave a happy customer and confident about your piercings and tattoos.

They are cool people, but with piercings it seems like a hit or miss. 1st friend got eyebrow/nipples = good. 2nd friend got lip/bar in cheek =good. 3rd friend got nipples/eyebrow = good. 4th friend got eyebrow = good & belly ring = screw up. 5th friend got belly ring = good. Last, myself... I had bad luck... I personally got six piercings, only *three* came out okay, my left nipple and my two tragus ear piercings. However, the jewlery she put in my ears were *lip studs*. After I heard the wife isnt even a certified piercer, I had another piercer from another shop check them out because I was concerned if they were ok. My two dermals on my wrist are not even. The one on the left is not centered with my wrist and the dermal on the right is centered, but higher than the dermal on my left. The man also noticed they were uneven and said he usually uses bigger dermal tops (diamond), because the skin could grow over the dermal. I was asked what I was told to do to care for it, and I said all I was told was salt water. He said I should have been told to wear a round circle band aid on the anchor for the first week because it allows time for the anchor to sit tighter in your skin. Next my nipple piercings. The Left came out fine, entered the nipple and exited the nipple, but a lil low ( .o. ) . The Right.. wow. The needle entered the nipple and exited my Areola, 1/8 inch away from my nipple. i.e. ( .o . ) I also had the piercer from the other shop check them out and he said she should have used longer bars, as they are better for keeping your piercing clean because there is space to move the bars back and forth through the hole when washing them with salt water. If the there is no room for the bars to move the salt water cant get inside the hole. All in all I spent $160.00 and only $20.00 of that was worth it. I took out both my nipple piercings and tomorrow I am have my dermal anchors taken out... ouch. I am going to have to spend another $160.00 to get my dermals and nipples redone at another place. Woah, sucks for me.

I have a stack of pictures from customers who come into my shop that have had the worst experience ever with this place. I am constantly taking crooked piercings out and trying to heal infected piercings that come out of this nasty infectious hell hole. I am not saying this because they are competition but Im am saying this because they do not belong in this industry period. I am taking a stand against traditional Tattoo and I suggest other artists in the valley do the same. I went in there myselft to see if the horror stories were true. I have never almost got into a fight in a tattoo shop in my life and never had my life threatend because I came from another shop. The dog was there and the yes the kid as well was running around touching anything. When I first walked in I had to walk over a baby gate just to get into the door. I looked to the left and there was a half full fish tank with dead fish and green water. I continued forth and I asked the first person I saw to see a portfolio. Right away I was asked why I needed to see their portfolio. I advised the lady that I wanted to see her $10 piercings. She told me to leave her shop and she refused to show me her work. I asked her why she thought it was nessesary to talk to me that way because we are both in this industry and I wanted to see her workd. The male then threatened me that he would kill me if I did not leave. Words were said but I left before the male could kill me. I really did not feel like being killed that day so Im going to assume it was a good choise that I left. If you value your health or your life even I would advise you not to go to this place ever!
