This site needs new management. Customer service is sorely lacking. Ive gone there twice and both times Ive noticed that personnel seem to go through the motion of working and dont seem care about their customers. The first time I was there was only one employee who made the donuts, worked the cash register, distributed the donuts to the carry out window, and serviced the customers inside. Although I was the only one in the store, the employee (manager), slooooowly serviced me and the the waiting cars outside. Another employee finally showed up to help and she also seemed rooted to the floor. The second and last occasion involved getting one donut. I patiently waited for service and when I finally was about to get served, another customer showed up- flashed some card and the server proceeded to stop what she was doing and picked out a dozen donuts for that customer completely ignoring me. She didnt even apologize for the interruption. Well..........left-no donut and..........will not be back..

The man I assume to be the manager looked right at me when I came in the store and yet didnt take my order. He gave me looks and then helped the people who came in after me. When he finally took my order he let my blended coffee melt while he helped everyone else. People who came in after me were out the door before I was. He was cold and distant with me yet not with other people, which makes no sense. I live over a thousand miles away and yet he had a personal vendetta against me? I came into this Krispy Kreme when I arrived in Phoenix two weeks ago and today was the second time in my life in the store. The coffee he made me tasted terrible as well, granted I had never had what I ordered before but it was really bad. I was in the store for way too long and felt ignored and disliked, something I should never experience when stopping for coffee.

I write this review with a heavy heart. I have been a Krispy Kreme fan for many, many years. So this morning I decided to stop by my local store for a couple of warm, fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth doughnuts. Im sad to say that the doughnuts are nothing like they used to be. The glaze tasted different, like sickeningly sweet (even moreso than normal), and the cake was full and lifeless. Nothing like the fluffy little delights I have grown to know and love over the last 15 or so years. I ended up throwing my remaining 5 ½ doughnuts in the trash and left disappointed. I will not be visiting this store again. The service was great, but the product is just not the same. You had a good run Krispy Kreme. You will be missed.

I think I got a newbie or something today. I went in at 9am today and received awful doughnuts. Several of my doughnuts were very small, tasted awful greasy and not nearely as fluffy as they normally are. One that we tasted was even crunchy and hard in the middle. These were really nasty! Im not even really picky about doughnuts, but I paid 12 bucks for glazed and I had to throw them away. We also bought an apple fritter, which had no apple. I LOVE Krispy doughnuts and I dont buy them often, but after this I certainly wont buy them from this location again.

Krispy Kream Bad Cop ~ No Doughnut !!! If you happen to be a Good Cop youre always welcome at Krispy Kream, and so is everyone else. The last time I visited the shop, looking like a scruffy old homeless man, one of the customers handed me a doughnut as he was leaving. Maybe he just bought a doughnut, and maybe he just bought himself a ticket to Heaven. That is for sure a sign of what fine people this establishment attracts. Enjoy a coffee break there sometime, I certainly do. I also like their fundraising program, and hope to use it someday.

Went in at 915 I was treated so horrible. I felt as if I was in the wrong for going there near closing time. The donuts I got were so hard so I asked if I could get something else. The guy working litterally grabbed the bag out of my hand and growled at me. The whole experience was horrible its rare that the wife and I get to go out with out are kids and were extremely excited to finally be able to get some alone time they made our visit and night out un comfortable and awkward. I will not be going here again.

One of the worst companies to work for, rarely do they treat you with value, and if they do, your looked at as a number. The General Manager and coperation fail to see their mistakes, they rather blame everyone else for their mistakes then take responsibility for their poor management skills. Maybe if they took the time & money to focus on making their company better it would make them more money. Defiantly would not recommended this job to anyone. It recommend the doughnuts, that cost them 15 cent to make.

Ive never had a bad experience at this store, despite others reviews. In fact, Ive found that the staff are fairly nice and accommodating! Ive stopped by just minutes before they close or even right at 10:00 when they close, and theyll still take my order, when they easily couldve turned me away. As for their donuts - you cant really go wrong with a Krispy Kreme. They ARE incredibly rich and melt-in-your-mouth experiences. Try to stop by when the HOT light is on, for warm, just-glazed original donuts!

PLEASE IGNORE ANY NEGATIVE COMMENTS!!!!! Once again I pulled up to take donuts to the old kids... GREETED BY JORDAN AND HIS GYNORMOUS SMILE!!! So HAPPY hes moving up!! SO HAPPY TO SEE BIANCA STILL THERE!!! Corporate, ALWAYS take great care of these2!!! THEY ARE GOLD! I always come here to get donuts for my parents care home. I consider myself so lucky to pull up and see Bianca working. Shes friendly, hardworking and obviously loves what she does! Thank you Bianca for always making my day.

Bought a dozen doughnuts from this location on Saturday. 3 of each of the new Ghirardelli doughnuts, 3 cookies & cream, & 3 glazed. The others were seemingly okay, but the cookies & cream... the ones who had these (myself included) ended up with food poisoning. They got the lesser extent of it, but I was puking for a day and a half. Either make fresher batches, or warn people if theyve been out a long time. Regardless, this location will never see my business again.

They are usually never open on time, after 7pm they are out of most of anything popular guessing because they dont make it actually at their location, sometimes they are not even open when the online site says they are. Needs new management or owners to revamp its name because it failed me twice now, will I give them a 3rd shot most likely not. Id recommend going anywhere else other than this location or you could be making a trip for nothing.

This store was awful. The employee and the (guess he was a) manager were rude. But I can overlook that if food is good. But it wasnt. Hot Nows are premade and ran under the glazed fall. Tasted stale and only the glaze was warm. The doughnut was cool. Bought 2...took one bite and threw the rest in the trash right in front of them. Cannot express enough how mad I am as i was looking forward to a sweet delicious Krispy Kreme. Terrible.
