I usually like this place but I dont think I will go back. Today I stopped to get a cup of coffee in the drive thru and was 4th in line. It took about 6 minutes to order, which wasnt bad. However, they asked if Id move forward and wait because it was brewing. After waiting 20 minutes outside I still did not have my cup of coffee. I parked my car and waited another few minutes outside where they would exit to deliver coffee from the kitchen before finally walking inside. After asking "where is my coffee? I have been waiting for more than 20 minutes", I was told that they called my name and it was sitting on the counter. Now there were only 6 people inside and for the past 20 minutes only 2 people walked inside and left, so it obviously wasnt somebody else. Even after my explanation they didnt offer to make me a fresh cup or reimburse me for my extended wait. I had been here before and knew the service was slow, but Ive never had such a poor experience as this. I wish I could give a good review because the coffee is exceptional but with service this poor it is just unacceptable.

Management is unprofessional at this establishment to say the least. That is when she [the owner] is even present to acknowledge the issues within her own business. As a customer I was intrigued, at first, as an employee I was repeatedly let down. Lastly, as a former employee I am elated to no longer work for a tyrant. I do however, feel terrible for my now friends who still work for this establishment. Those who fear to stand up for their rights as employees due to proven retaliation and termination. Those who only want to be paid fairly and on time as stated by law. Those who should not be penalized for working their shifts as scheduled but are demanded to stay beyond because management does not appropriately staff nor schedule her business. If you want to support local businesses I strongly suggest you continue looking.

I like the atmosphere and they have WiFi. Also, I really liked the music on the weekend evenings with wine and beer being served. I was really pleased I could bring my underage daughter to listen to the music also because the place is family oriented and not seedy or grungy in any way. If I had to find something negative .. the only small thing would be to say I wish their food menu was a bit more creative ... yet .. this is a great place in every way !!!

Upgrading my previous review to this one. When I left the old review, this place had just opened and they were still getting things underway. Now that I have revisited a year later, they have put a little more furniture in the joint and even included a wine bar. This place has definitely stepped it up and it looks great in here. Great vibe and I still enjoy my iced tea that I got last time--cinnamon orange. So good that it doesnt even need sweetener!

Amazing coffee, friendly environment, amesome workers, with great manners, I am from Washington where there is a coffee stand on every corner, and I usually get a iced ghost or hot snickers, and surprisingly one of the workers knew what was in them both. Love it here if you are in need of coffee come and enjoy, they have peanut butter cup beer, which is really good, dont forget to try the juice bar, or sandwiches.

I would not come unless I need high speed internet. Their brewed coffee is very watery unless you order hand craft coffee. Hate to say this, but Starbucks coffee is really much better. The space is very roomy, but you only get good Wi-Fi signal near the rest room. The signal near the bar and stage are really bad.

I love Talebu! Not only do they make my favorite sugar-free Frappes, but they have very friendly Baristas. They go out of their way to do things as asked and I greatly appreciate that. I am a musician and have played one open Mic night, so far! Planning on playing again soon! Great talent!

Went in yesterday morning to pick up some tea. Had never been there before, but the girl at the window was super nice and helpful with the suggestions. Dont remember her name, but she was terrific. Ended up ordering a hot matcha tea which was awesome! Thanks for the good service. Ill be back!

I just recently discovered this local spot and boy am I glad I did. Very spacious, cool couches, and plenty of tables/outlets to be able to bring your laptop and get some work done. The vibe is always chill and the people are friendly. The music has been pretty great as well.

Worker was quite rude and I wish I got her name but I was disgusted on how she treated guests and the way she represented her place of work is saddening. Just because you are outside of your work (still on the clock) doesnt mean you show yourself poorly like that.

Been here twice. Both times drinks were very inconsistent from sweetness to temperature of milk to even coffee strength? Might I suggest consistency of drinks. And my girlfriend had a pastry which was not fresh tasting. The place needs work.

I went in at happy hour yesterday for a couple of pints but was turned away as there was no one old enough to serve alcohol. I walked there so I wouldnt have to worry about driving. They offered me a glass of water. I was very dissapointed.

Open mic is great and staff is amazing , really cool vibes here. Lots of talented beginning musicians play here . Family friendly place , would definitely recommend them. Only downside is that they have a very small selection of wines.

Food and drinks are a little bit pricey here, but nothing too bad. The baristas are always so sweet and the drinks are excellent! I would definitely recommend the 20 Below with a shot of peppermint flavouring, its absolutely divine!

Great staff. Good food including typical coffee house fair and sandwiches. Offer local beers and wine. Its a throw back to a traditional style coffee house with a good twist. Recommend the open mic. Its a great place.

Only been for the coffee so far, but it was delicious. I compare coffee houses through drinking their mocha, and the coffee wasnt overwhelmed by the chocolate, the roast we good, and they were quick and friendly too.

This place is fantastic. Ive been coming here religiously for about 3 years. The espresso drinks are made well, the employees are always friendly and the atmosphere is great. The owners have the right idea here :)

Ive been here dozens of times. It is one of my favorite places in Chandler. The iced tea is amazing!!! It takes some time to make but it is so worth the wait! Try the orange cinnamon iced tea.
