Last week I decided to give this location another try after slow, unfriendly, and dismal service the first time. Well, they didn’t disappoint with, yet again, the slow, and EXTREMELY unfriendly service. Specifically, the one female barista with dark hair and tattoos all over her arms (I couldn’t see her name on her apron). I have been to a million Starbucks in the Phoenix area and this has to be the worst. Completely made to feel as though my business wasn’t welcome. Upon a suggestion of another Starbuck’s barista (at the location I normally frequent), I bring my own Starbucks mug with almond mild since I have dairy allergies and they don’t carry almond milk. Most of the time I get a 10 cent break for bringing in my own cup. All I ask is for two shots of espresso and 3 pumps sugar free vanilla syrup. Just to mention, I HAVE HAD NO ISSUES UNTIL THIS LOCATION! The barista looked at my mug, pointed at it and loudly in her most disgusted voice, yelled at the cashier, “WHAT IS THIS?!?” She looked at it as though she may melt by the mere fact she had to put espresso and syrup in my mug. After the cashier repeated what she wrote down for the barista, the barista yelled out again. I finally answer her explaining it’s almond milk. She emphatically shook her head and stated that what I am doing is against health code. How is it that this is the only location I have ever been to that has said this to me? Even if it’s a new rule/regulation, there are far better ways of approaching the situation. Here I’m trying to save them money by not wasting product, which would require them to put espresso and 4 pumps of syrup in a separate cup. If it truly against health regulations, she could have offered to put it in a cup for me to then pour into my own mug! I will never again be treated this way BEFORE I drink my coffee, because I will avoid this location at all cost! My favorite is the team at the Crossroads Towne Center location!

This was my worst starbucks experience of my entire life. I waited for HALF AN HOUR for two drinks and two breakfast sandwiches. There was a line, but only ONE GIRL on the register and ONE GIRL making drinks. The girl making drinks was loudly slamming blenders and throwing things and everyone in the store was so annoyed. Then once I finally got my drinks, they still hadnt made the breakfast sandwiches so I had to stand with my melting drinks and wait for those. Then the guy who made the sandwich set it next to the barista while she talked on the phone so I was literally just standing there waiting for her to stop talking on the phone so I could leave. What shouldve been a 5-10 Minute stop in starbucks was half a freaking hour. I will never go back to this location.

Friends and I spent a couple hours at this location in the afternoon from 2-4. I was horrified when a worker came through with a full sized outdoor type trash cm bin. He rolled it right through the middle of the store which is very narrow. The bin was full of garbage, the sides of the bin were covered in grime. He proceeded to do this 3 times and also with a recycle bin. At any given time, he could have tilted a bin the wrong way and stuff would have spilled. I cant imagine this way of disposal would be ok with the health department. It was disgusting. I tried several times to call the manager, but the employees do not answer their phone.

The staff is great..very friendly, always smiling...loving on the customers....the manager i presume is the thin, dark haired, tattooed on both arms early morning barista....shes rude to her staff and customers especially when its busy.....i have heard the way she talks to the staff and customers...its like youre bothering her....she need to quit with that attitude.....Loving CAROLINE....shes the best!!!!! The others are cool too...i guess the manager is off because i dont see her this morning....Good luck working with her...

This is Starbucks. The staff is hopped up on caffeine and handing it out by the cup full. Everything is the usual over priced stuff but it is handed out with a bit more cheer than you find at the local Circle K So if that is your cup of tea this will be your spot.

It was okay. I would not go if you plan on leaving with your order though. They will correct it when they mess it up but it happens often. Dont count on it being right the first time.

I told the cashier the cup he is about to use has a den on the top. He insist to use that cup for my hot coffee. The hot coffee keep leaking in my car and burn my dog.

A good location to get your caffeine jump start. Normal menu. Some seating inside and outside. Friendly staff. Very good at greeting. Lots of parking room.

Has to be the slowest Starbucks ever. If you dont have 20 minutes to wait around in an empty coffee shop where they forget your order, dont come here.

Very very busy. Was unable to find seating and it was 110 degree Fahrenheit outside. Early mornings are less busy. Noon to 5pm is the busiest
