I have brought my son here for a few years now, Never had a problem until today. Jamie, was terrible. I never raised my voice, didnt show any disrespect to her. I called in to order a pair of glasses for my son because he lost them, which is what I expressed to her in those exact words. She asked "did you want to order the lens or the frame?" my reply was "he lost them, therefore I need both". That apparently was enough for her to be hostile. I wish your calls were recorded so you could listen to our conversation and realize my answer at no moment was arrogant or malicious as she turned my last experience with your company to such. She told me she would put me on hold to run my payment and she hung up on me. I called back and her reply was "I had another customer". She claims to have another customer in front of her and could not waist her time with me on the phone. I asked if she had read the customer service reviews lately, because she had just proven every one of them to be true, she laughed and replied to me I had been terrible to deal with because I answered that I needed both the frame and the lens... Really?

This is my first time ever leaving a review so here it is. I went to the Buckeye nationwide store a few months ago and the service was not very good and the staff working didnt seem very professional, I called over to the estrella parkway store today and the girl working was great to talk to and convinced myself and my wife to come down to try her store out and I did, Glad I did. I believe her name was Jamie, thank you for the help in picking me out a frame and being so patient because I know Im so picky. Oh by the way We loved that Country backwoods voice. I wouldnt even rate this place a 1. The Girls at the front Desk are Really Rude, Especically lesley. ( She has no compassion for ppl). These ppl dont have patients nor do they Explain The Exam. One thing I must say is that they definitely arent educated In Customer Service Skills. Let alone should not be doing no exams on patients. This Company needs to enforce professionalism and Dress Code. Tone Down on The Ghetto Make Up. The only Good Thing I Must Say is the Doctor. She was Really Nice other than that. They need new staff asap.

I wouldnt even rate it a one. Doctor was extremely rude to my child. When we walked in we were not even greeted. We were just stared at. Front office never took time to offer to show us their frames. We had to come to them for questions. Front office personnel was extremely rude. When asking a question they would not answer properly and was given rude answers. Never going back and will definitely let people know not to go there. I have been told many people have walked out due to rude personnel

The employees are very rude here. I paid extra for the scratch proof lenses and they are scratched. We called to get the scratches removed and the lady that answered was rude when explaining the lenses. When we bought the glasses they where all rude also. You ask them a question about the stuff they sell and it like it kills them to have to tell you about their products. I will never buy my families glasses from here ever again. They need to be trained on how to treat customers!

We arrived 15 minutes before a scheduled appointment. The perfume scent in the office was so overpowering I had to wait outside, because it was triggering my asthma. My parents, with my father in his wheelchair, then waited an hour and were still not helped. When they asked how much longer it would be they were told that the staff had no idea how many people were still in front of them and it could be up to another hour. Absolutely ridiculous. We left and will not return.

I had left a one star review earlier Illbecause my first experience was not so great made an appt And the Dr called out after some other complications as well. I Rescheduled because well you got to go where your insurance is accepted and Im glad I did. Today has been much better and everything has gone smoothly Michelle the Dr is super nice theres been better customer service all around but theyve definitely redeemed themselves.

I am not sure how to explain the negative reviews below, as my experience was great. I had an eye exam and was seen promptly. The doctor was efficient but didnt seem to rush. All my options were clearly explained to me (as I dont have vision insurance). Everyone I interacted with was courteous and professional. I will definitely give them repeat business.

Place opens at 9am, we left at 10 after bc no one showed up. Come back at 930, it was open. Staff was friendly, but pushy on the sales. Staff openly gossiped amongst themselves. It smelled like an old apartment and some of the false ceiling tiles were water stained. The optometrist was great. Very professional and nice.

Be careful of their so called offers. First was the senior day discount which was advertised as $38 for the exam that turned out to be $180 then there was the two pair for $99 which on the Internet it said included no line bifocals and that turned out to be over $180 for one pair. Wont be going back here again!

Online it says their Saturday hours are 8-5 . Showed up around 9:30 and no one was there and there was a note saying Saturday they open at 9 and its by appointment only ! Didnt even have a chance to speak to anyone since doors where closed and no one inside . Waste of time ! Went to target instead !

I would have to agree with the other negative reviews. The staff is okay unless you have questions. Once you ask questions they become a bit dismissive. Its not a horrible place but I would suggest you reserve quite a bit of time even when you have an appointment and try to limit your questions.

I have never needed glasses until now. Setting up the appointment was painless. And even after missing my initial appointment, Adriana was able to make another appointment happen the same day! I had nothing but exceptional customer service and a great experience all around. Thank you.
