Worst experience ever! After my eye exam where I was treated like a toddler who knows nothing about glasses or contacts (Ive worn both for 15 years) my glasses were "lost". Two weeks after spending almost $500 out of pocket for a new set of glasses I had to go into the store to find out if they were there. The girl up front informed me she couldnt find them and didnt know what was going on. She would call the lab on Monday for me though. Well, Monday rolls around and about 30 minutes before the store closes I call them since I hadnt heard from them. Im told they were "too busy" to call the lab and they still dont know whats going on. Please give them one more day though. So finally Tuesday I get a call that the frames broke and theyd be in the next day. Like.... if you break someones stuff shouldnt you pick up the phone and let them know that? I hope I can get a refund on my warranty I purchased because this is the worst experience Ive ever had and if they wont refund it, it was wasted money because Ill never give this business a penny of my hard earned money again.

A 1 star is the highest recommendation anyone should ever give this place. They pushed LASIK at least 10-15 times. The doctor was very pushy and arrogant of any other brand of contacts that they didnt carry. The boy who tried to take care of orders had absolutely no idea what he was doing and had to ask the ladies at the main desk. Pretty sure the doctor gave me a bad prescription as well, one of my eyes has been red and out of focus since my new "better" contacts. Never going back to this horrible place again!!

If i could give no stars i would . This place is aweful the doctor was rude the staff seemed like they had no idea what they were doing and to top it all of they didnt give mine and my sons medical cards back before i left nor did they call me to notify me that they still had them we will not be going there again!

Ive taken my Grand daughters to 2 different Standard Opticals, one in Tooele in the last 3 weeks. I was told today if they needed glasses that they needed to see an eye Doctor.

Although I had a less pleasant experience, the manager responded to my concerns quickly and took care of my concerns plus some. She was genuinely kind and respectful.

I have never had glasses before. I was nervous about picking out a good frame . They made it a comfortable experience, with their friendly atmosphere.

I needed new contacts and they talked me into PRK instead. Now I wear nothing and see. So glad Im free from all that.
