Went to get my eyes checked and get new lenses for my glasses. Got my eyes checked and I "thought" they did a great job... the guy who did it seemed very concerned and seemed to do a thorough job. When I got my glasses the distance was very blurry, anything beyond 20 feet was blurred. I wore them for 3 weeks and no improvement. I then had to wait an extra week because the eye doctor was out on vacation to get my eyes re-checked. Ok... finally got the prescription re-checked and she tweaked them a little and I had to again send my frames for lenses. The prices arent too bad, you pay for it in the waiting. Next time Ill try another place who has a quicker turn around and will hopefully get the prescription right the first time. Their communication with the customer, after they place the order, is non-existent. The customer is expected to call them for updates ... even when they tell you theyll call you back. My frames were drill-mount and I was told that they are extremely hard to mount the lenses into ... Im not sure about that, seems pretty simple to me and Ive had others make lenses for the same frames in less than a week. If I didnt call regularly, I feel my eyeglasses were put on the "back burner" since they were taking a profit loss (due to the remake) and Id still be waiting if I hadnt called.

I have been going here since I moved here in 2002, along with my whole family. Excellent prices,thorough eye exams and wonderful concerned people to help with any questions you may have. They make you feel like family, and when you are there it is like one big happy family!!! Dr.Sarah,Scott and Karen are wonderful people and they have hearts that are made of gold. I should also add that they are never too busy to help you!!!!! Really great people in a great little shop.

They really take their time for the patients. The doctor found the correct prescription for my son. I defiantly recommend to get your eyes checked here.
