I chose the Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center after hearing so many great things from my friends and neighbors about the atmosphere and level of care provided. As someone with a very high prescription, it is important to me to have the very best in vision care, to protect my vision needs as I grow older, since I am very visual and cannot imagine not keeping my vision at its best, or how that would impact my life. I have spoken to many who rave about their cataract surgery and eyelid surgery results and it means a lot to hear so many great experiences from people I trust. I appreciate the level of detail I receive in being educated about my health and my options. The optical team is amazing in keeping my eyeglasses adjusted and in helping me select the best contacts for my lifestyle. And as someone with a lifetime of skin issues I have to say the medical-grade OBAGI skin care system I use thanks to Arizona Eye is absolutely incredible. I want to be in the right hands and to be proactive in having the best vision care. And it is a huge bonus to have a team who is eager to help get anything I need covered by insurance (I am learning that the insurance I pay for anyway will cover procedures like eyelid surgery that I can see I will need down the road) but a team who also wont recommend anything until I need it or if I ever do. After commuting so many years for a great distance, I also appreciate the convenience of a local surgical center. I recommend you schedule an appointment.

Dr Justo is the BEST physician in the entire state of AZ. 2 yrs ago my sister had to have cataract surgery. He is through and he performs his eye tests. Not an assistant. He is very informative and her results were amazing. So in Aug I went to the other company barnet dulaney perkins eye center in phoenix (it was close to work (in phoenix) They said said I had cataracts and needed surgery. I immediately made an appointment with Dr Justo due to my sister got her cataract surgery done by him and I wanted to compare and get a second opinion. OMG Dr Justo discovered I DO NOT have cataracts and do not need cataract surgery so now I need to explain to the insurance company barnet dulaney perkins eye center in phoenix. DO NOT KNOW what they are talking about. And to boot - the other eye center also wanted to charge me almost 4000.00 for both eyes which Dr Justo had included in his price and was covered by my insurance company 80 - 20. I love Dr. Justo and if I move back to TEXAS I will pay the money and come to see my wonderful GREATEST DOCTOR Dr. EMILO JUSTO... LOVE YOU DR JUSTO and Sherri his nurse is great also..... K Yamani

Being new to the area it was a little unsettling when I developed an issue with my eyesight and didnt know who to see. After some research I called Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center and was told I should be seen that day and they set up an appointment for me to see Dr. Justo. After the first 5 minutes with the technician I knew I had made the right decision and that was reinforced after meeting with Dr. Justo. Everybody at the office was professional and knowledgeable and Dr. Justo was able to quickly diagnosis and treat my condition and took the time to answer all my questions in a way I could understand. I very strongly recommend Dr. Justo and his staff for all your eye care needs.

I was looking for a very good doctor who specialized in eye surgery. I found one in Dr. Justo! I had my lower lids done nine years ago and I was interested in having my upper lids done this time. I hadn’t realized how “tired” I looked until I saw a recent picture of myself. I first had a consultation with Dr. Justo. He was very professional and really listened to me. His staff was great and I felt completely informed every step of the way! Everything went very smoothly, just as they described it to me. I was able to return to work the very next day. I would recommend Dr. Justo and wonderful staff to everyone! I am extremely pleased with the results, my eyes look GREAT!

Getting ready to go see Dr. Justo again! This time for Botox! I love this company! Dr. Justo takes the time to listen to you. He explains everything and answers all your questions before doing any treatments! His staff are amazing too! Ive been going there for 10 years and some of the staff have been there all these years! Ive had permanent makeup by Stephanie and an Obagi Blue Peel by Roxanne as well! You can even schedule your annual eye exam at either location... When you call the office you get a friendly voice and a smile when you walk in! Dr. Justo and his staff have a lot to offer! I highly recommend them!

I met Dr Justo and his wonderful staff two years ago and I have never been disappointed. Dr Justo and his staff are always upbeat and willing to go the extra mile for me. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my eyes since I had my eyelid surgery. Before the surgery everyone would always asked me if I was tired because my eyes were so droopy...not anymore!! I also use the Obagi facial skincare system. Within 2 months people were already noticing the improvement. My skin looks incredible, I am totally hooked! Dr. Justo and his staff have provided my care for well over a decade now. I have had vision exams, cosmetic consults and surgery, and new eyewear. The staff and Dr. Justo have always been compassionate and caring in providing care. I have had eyelid surgery and my results are fantastic. The Botox and Juvederm fillers I love and plan to continue with Dr. Justo and Roxanne, the Director of Nursing. The next step I am looking forward to is permanent makeup application by the certified specialist Stephanie who artistically applies the permanent makeup with natural hair stroke technique, cant wait.

I had cataract surgery on both eyes in February. I am amazed how much better I can see. The results have been wonderful. In March I had eyelid surgery with great results. Both surgeries were much easier than I had anticipated. Everyone in the office was so nice and helpful and knew what they were doing. It is a great office and well managed.
