The staff that works here is AMAZING. I had emergency eye surgery in March. I had gone elsewhere to get glasses. The glasses took 2 weeks and they came back wrong. I was blind and I could not do anything for myself and so you can see my frustration. My life was at a stand still. I needed glasses ASAP. I was told that Lenscrafters had a lab on site and I could get my glasses next day. Lenscrafters was my savior. I had to have surgery yet again in my other eye. Called in, Lenscrafters no longer has a lab on site. I am so unbelievably disappointed that they decided to remove the on site labs. The staff deserves 5 stars. Corporate deserves 0 stars. BRING THE ON SITE LABS BACK!
