Ive been going to VisionWorks as long as Ive lived in Surprise. I have Esotropia in my left eye and have a hard time finding a place that is able to accommodate the amount of prisms I need in each lens. The staff is always very kind and helpful, and I never feel self-conscious taking off my glasses to do my eye exam. Recently I was seen by Linda Trinh who not only double checked my prism amount in between her other exams but took the time to explain that I had the option of doing vision therapy to help strengthen my left eye. She said this would lessen the amount of prisms I need over time and explain that I was given outdated information when I was first diagnosed with Esotropia and told I could have glasses or I could have surgery. I know it sounds silly, but this very small piece of information turned my whole day around because I thought my eyes were going to continue to get worse over time unless I finally opted for surgery. Michael, the technician I worked with picking out my new glasses, was very nice and personable. I went back later that day for Dr. Trinh to check my prisms and he remembered my name (again, it’s small and silly but sometimes things like that make a difference). I love VisionWorks and won’t be going anywhere else for my glasses, ever. I send as many people as I can over there for their eye care needs.

One star is way too much. Im sitting here waiting for my nephew to be done with his appointment and an elderly man came in wanting glasses. Not only was the older woman helping him but she way extremely rude and was being a smart ass with him. Not very good customer service. Once he left the store upset and the door closed they all started laughing at him and started talking about him. The workers is whom I mean by all. This makes me feel horrible not only for the elderly man but for everyone that leaves this store and gets talked about and laughed at behind their backs by a business who is supposed to uphold great customer service. It didnt take them doing anything wrong for my appointment. It took me seeing them treat another customer wrongfully for me to never want to come back here. Shameful vision works

My wife and I had a good experience recently at Visionworks. Upon entering the store were greeted immediately and then allowed to shop for frames. When we were ready to start the process of purchasing we had the most patient employee. We must have asked a hundred questions and changed our minds several times. There were so many samples to choose from. We surely have found a winner. More so since one hour earlier we spent fifteen minutes in a nearby store of long history in Houston and were never were even acknowledged. Three employees there were chatting, glanced at us then continued.

Bought very expensive glasses. All the options. Like a new car purchace. Went back a few months later . With a sm. scratch in my scratchproof lens. Asked if the onsite tech would buff it out. Basically was told to beat it , not doing it , not covered blah blah blah.

Very professional and courteous. Staff was caring and knowledgable. Obviously Brianne Pimentel has an axe to grind. Her review could not be further from the truth. Just terrible to see such a great store slandered by such an untruthful individual.
